Gilbert is very knowledgeable and this week has been out 2 times- both on time! He needs to order a part and I expect to see him over the weekend (with no extra charge). I have been using AirServe for 7 years. They are always professional and on time. I want to especially appreciate the good service of Jimmy and Noel. Jimmy provides expert phone service right away when we are in a hurry for AC help. Yesterday, Noel really hustled to get us an AC replacement the same day that we needed it. I really appreciate their willingness to follow through when I need help.

The Aire Serv representative, Noel Barruetta was a true professional, friendly and trustful. His 12+ years experience really is evident. They came out the same day I called, diagnosed the situation, and were there the next morning to fix the problem the original installer screwed up on. They send test messages and emails to let you know your appointment schedule and when the technicians are on their way...along with a picture of who will be at your door. Amazing service. Highly recommend them.

Great troubleshooting! We had intermittent issues with our AC that a previous company didn’t fix. Jim fixed it for good and taught us about our AC unit too. Appreciate it especially since it was the weekend.

Jim and Noel were so awesome and so informative. It was an after hours call and they took their time getting the system up and running and explaining everything that we had already paid Shellbys and Ken Air to do but never did . So glad we to finally meet honest people in the A/C business.

4/3/23 We had an appointment with airserv to do duct cleaning. They sent Nate, Pablo, and I forgot the 3rd guys name. They were all professional and courteous. They went through and cleaned each duct and then caulked the edges closed to prevent pulling of dust from the attic, which they also cleaned from the ceiling. They scrubbed each vent cover clean and sanitized the system. And finally, they swept our floor clean. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. No, they are not the cheapest in the area, but having used the cheapest guy before, who only wanted to upsale me, it was nice to have someone provide real customer service instead.
