gave one star because I had to and because yes they were quick to collect the $89 ..the technician Kevin said it was a control panel that was on back order although i have to say heather didn't have time two weeks without air. Finally got frustrated and called someone else they came out come to find out it was just a blown fuse and showed my husband where it said a "blown fuse". was fixed and done with the other company in less than 40 minutes.

Eric and his team at Service Champs provided excellent service! They were timely and very knowledgeable. I will most definitely be using them again!

I called Service Champs for a n AC tune up promotion they had for $69 and I was completely “wowed”. They took the time to answer my questions and they were so professional and nice. I will be calling them for all of my AC needs.

Had an amazing experience with Blue Star Heating and Air. The office staff was incredibly kind, and informative when scheduling me to come diagnose my furnace issue. They sent a Technician out right away who was very polite and detailed with his work, and went over every concern I had. This was truly the ultimate customer experience. I would recommend them to my family and close friends.

When our ac unit stopped working on labor fay weekend 2018, Blue Star was the only place we could get a hold of. We are so glad we did. They gave us a great deal to replace both our inside and outside units. They have been amazing with follow up and regular check ups. With Blue Star you always get the same tech as well, makes it easier to talk to them about the unit and that. We really enjoy Daniel, he is very thorough in making sure our family and AC is happy and working. His new assistant Calvin is great as well.

Fast friendly service! DANIEL came out to let us know what was needed unfortunately we need a new ac unit.... its 18 years old! He has set us up with a comfort specialist to go over option and pricing! I really appreciate their honesty! Thank you Daniel

I was so impressed with Blue Star. I called at 5:00 pm after discovering my AC was blowing hot air. I called and left a message. I was thinking this being the hottest day yet I may not hear back for awhile because they would be so busy. I was happy to be wrong because they were back to me in 5 minutes. I told Kim of my issue and she contacted a technician and made my appointment for 8:00 pm. I couldn’t believe I could get someone so fast.
Carl came out right on time. He was terrific. He was so professional and really well trained in his work. Carl was quick and really knew what to do.
I really couldn’t be happier with Blue Star. I will call them from now on.

Professional, attentive and polite! No one wants their heater to stop working when its 38 degrees outside and have to take off work and wait who know how long for a repair man to come out. When I called Blue Star they were so friendly and understanding of my schedule. They came out the same day! On time! I was blown away by the office staff and my technician! Within an hour he had my heater working again. I cant thank these guys enough!
