Professional, timely and very efficient. 5stars isn’t enough to rate the exceptional service I received from Mr. AC Man/ United Network Linc Inc. When our centralized AC stopped cooling over the weekend, I was nervous if we’ll survive the Excessive Heat Warning Advisory here in DFW but because of the timely response & service we received, my family was spared from potential grief. Thank you!!!

Danny and his team were awesome! My HVAC went out during the hottest week of May so, I filed a claim through the home warranty. They came out within 24 hours to take a look at my unit, immediately submitted the diagnosis to the home warranty company, and came out on a Saturday (which was also his birthday) to replace my condenser as soon as parts became available. Danny and his team were so kind and informative, and went above and beyond to make such a stressful situation a positive experience!

Very pleased with United Network Link/ Mr AC Man for a home warranty service call for our AC. Danny contacted me the same day I submitted my request, notified me of the appointment window and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. They asked me a lot of questions about what was happening with our system and quickly performed diagnostics. I appreciated the throughout overview Danny provided, even explaining the difference between our lower level and upper level units. They fixed the issue and informed me on how to prevent future issues with preventive maintenance.

We had a marvelous experience with United Network Link! They showed-up when they said they would, professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond, to get us up and running!! We would use them again, in a minute, and we would certainly recommend them to anybody, anytime! Thanks to Dan and Jamar for a job very well done!

Worst service, my home warranty company sent them, the came and put an old capacitor, not even check thoroughly. Don't recommend anyone
