Yeti Cooling & Heating

A friend referred me to Yeti and I'm so happy they did! They showed up earlier than anticipated and were very thorough. Loved that there was NO HARD SELL for other goods and services. Their communication was amazing, too. I liked getting a picture of the technician before they came and also getting all the photos he took during the call. Great record of the condition of the equipment. I will absolutely be calling them again.

Lee is an awesome technician . Cleared our clogged ac drain and gave us helpful tips . Did not do any hard selling to us - we know we need to replace our unit but like to stretch this one out a little . Definitely would do business with them again!

After reading tons of reviews for different companies, I called Yeti. My experience with Yeti Cooling and Heating was top notch from beginning to end. Samuel arrived on time, was extremely thorough, polite and professional. My concerns were assessed and addressed. I felt as though I was given an honest report and wasn’t bamboozled into having any unnecessary work done. I’ll definitely use Yeti in the future for any AC/Heating needs I may have!

I had my bathroom fans replaced along with the outside vent covers. The service provided was outstanding from start to end. At the end of the work, they did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I definitely will call them if I have any future work required and do highly recommend Yeti Cooling and Heating.

Samuel came to add stamp grille air vents at my home for better air cooling and performed an excellent job! He also was great at cleaning up once the job was completed.

Yeti was extremely professional. From the time our Tech Dorian came out and gave us an extensive overview of what he had found with photos, to scheduling service, and having the ductwork cleaned and some ducts replaced everything was handled in a top tier manner. The techs wore shoe covers, laid out floor covers, laid plastic over areas under vents, and made sure everything was as clean as before they came. Ducts smell and blow better. Great service, would definitely recommend.

We wait they sent Anthony out then called him and said to come back at 2pm and never did ridiculous we needed a quote. Because it's hot and I have 5 children one a 2 month old and 2 elderly and didn't get nothing done.

The technician was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. Resolved my issue with one visit. Looking forward to moving on to the next project with this company.
