I called them out on a emergency repair on my ice machine for my grand opening of my coffee shop Vision Coffee Lounge in Forney TX. They were there the next day. Came back a few days later with the parts fixed no problem.
I they went above and beyond. I was super happy with the customer service their response time, the professionalism, and especially their prices; from a small business owner, trying to get the doors open and everything mattered. They really took care of me in the time of need I give them five stars and my business.

The team at Tru Temp is absolutely phenomenal. Quick response times, short turnaround for appointment scheduling, transparent service all done for a fair price. Can't find a better service crew around.

Our store heating stopped working on the day when the outside temperature was in a single digit. But Kyle showed up within a few hours of the call. He had to work on the sub zero temperature with a wind-chill. He was a true warrior for me that day. He made sure that the heater started working.

Cody and Kyle are some of the most professional individuals I have met. All the guys that have serviced my HVAC and CRACs from TruTemp are always well dressed and well mannered. Once the work is completed, they all leave the site in better condition than they started. No matter if it's a normal PM of critical equipment or a 5pm on a Friday emergency site call..These guys have my complete confidence.

Kyle and Derek both did great jobs! Kyle did the work estimate, etc., and he was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. Later, Kyle and Derek did the installation itself. Excellent work for a very reasonable price -- very happy with the results. I recommend them and TruTemp.

Kyle came out on short notice to check out the system in a home im renting. I needed answers for the owner and he went through with a fine tooth comb and found all the issues. It was a very pleasant experience! 100% recommend this company and especially Kyle!

I used TruTemp to replace my 22 year old AC unit in my home. I have been using them for a few years now. We talked about trying to keep it running for another year or so but after a couple of visits it was obvious it was time to replace the unit.

I contacted two of the most well known companies (in the Dallas/Ft Worth area) to request bids. The other companies were prompt, knowledgeable, and about 20% more expensive on similar units.

After talking with Kyle (TruTemp) he offered us a work around for a few days until his team could get us on their schedule. On the day of install his team was prompt, courteous, and professional. They arrived at the designated time took out my old unit and replaced it with a totally new system in just a few hours. When the install team left Cody (TruTemp) was here and showed us how to work the smart thermostat and made sure we were familiar with the new system.

TruTemp kept in touch with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s been about six weeks or so and all is great.

Spencer is our tech and he is amazing! I am the office manager for Bleu Dentistry and as soon as our A/C went out he was there within an hour to help us get it back on track for us and our patients! They are super fast to get to you and in my opinion very fair with pricing. We will for sure be using them from now on for all A/C or heating needs! Thanks again Tru Temp!

After having a bad experience with another HVAC tech, we called Tru Temp for a 2nd opinion. Cody was on time, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC in 45 minutes! Turns out the first tech had overcharged our system. We have been without AC for a week and Cody fixed our issue and had it blowing cold and cooling the house in less than an hour.
