TK's Mini Split Units LLC

EC installed a mini split for my mother-in-law in Cleveland a couple of months ago. It is great! He did a very professional job and really paid attention to the details and aesthetics. This allowed us to remove 2 window units and she has seen a drop in her electric bill already!

I have 3 Multizone systems installed going back to 2016 by these guys and they are still working excellent. My electric bill was cut in half and have nothing but good things to say about their products. I will definitely be buying from the again in the future.

Tks got me the perfect replacement unit for my house! Happy and grateful for my new unit and how its working. Very friendly people to talk with and would reccomend them to anyone who needs a new replacement unit. Thank you Tks for Everything!

Frank came out on Memorial Day 2022 and installed a replacement 3 ton unit because mine stopped working after a lightning storm. I have purchased a total of 3 units from TK's going back to 2019. Frank came out every time, did a great job and was very fair with the pricing. Couldn't ask for a better experience really.

If you call the main number, insist that whoever answers, has Frank call you back! For whatever reason, messages aren't relayed to him as well as they should be. Once Frank gets involved, the issue will get taken care of!

I have used this company for two mini splits and it has been very good experience. on one of the units I had a little problem with it and they came out immediately and took care of it to get it back up. Henry is very clean and respectful when going through the house. I will definitely be using them again

I bought the 1 ton unit and they came out and had it installed quickly and did a great job. Unit is working great! No complaints from me. Unit is quiet and cools quickly. Sitting across the room from it you cant hardly hear it at all. They can mount the unit on the wall or put it on a plastic pad. They do recommend a professional to install it or you can pay them to install it. Their installers had mine installed in less than 2 hours. If you install it yourself it will void the warranty.

The heater/AC units we had installed are awesome. We have had several estimates and they are by far the most affordable. They did an excellent job with installation and trim on the outside. Highly recommend them. Conor and Anita Howell.

After being ghosted by Darville & Larry Pepper, TKs solved my ducting problem with their mini split a/c system. They were professional, prompt and reasonably priced. These units are quiet, efficient and cool really well and have a warranty! I couldn’t be happier especially during this heat wave! Thank you !

I bought one of these units about two years ago and my main board went out I had three years of service and parts and when I went to call them they had said that they were no longer getting parts for my unit so I asked for an upgrade and a reimbursement of the stuff that I had and they stopped being in contact with haven’t heard from them in a while The technician I was dealing with name was Frank I will highly not recommend these people
I had spent 2500 in cash for them to tell me that there’s nothing they can do it it was one of the hottest summers we had here in texas don’t get jiffed out like I did
And the owner of the company is not trying to help the only thing that he offered was for me to buy a whole new unit from them.
The unit that they sold me wasn’t a good brand of until even the technician told me they been having a lot of issues with previous customers with the same unit so I don’t understand why not pull that unit and not sale them if it’s a bad product!!!!

Professional from start to finish and again when a unit needed service. Good folks with which to deal.
