Very professional company. Had complete ac/heating system purchased and installed. Alex walked us through the whole process and explained everything during our purchase and install. The installation crew did a phenomenal job of installing outside ac unit and inside unit. From start to finish Fresh Tech was quick to respond from the quote I requested, to then Alex showing up and going over what equipment they had to fit our needs, to then installing immediately, and getting us taken care of. I highly recommend Fresh Tech from the professional service that Alex and the installation crew earned from doing and performing the work during our new ac/heating complete system purchase and install.

While saving up to replace our outdoor ac unit, a group of Fresh AC Tech gentlemen came by my workplace for lunch with their polos on, so I asked them for a quote for a specific unit (that we were seeing if we wanted to invest in & install ourselves). They gave us the best quote around, we're great customers, & had positive reviews, so we hired them. They came out the next morning within the time window given & knocked out the replacement of our unit within 2 hours with minimal interruption/interference. Bonus: I was impressed with the level of care they give navigating our old & new units through the limited space available to them due to our driveway design. Saved our sanity & time trying to replace it ourselves (which is also why we could tell the quote we received was worth our time). Professional, friendly, communicative, & efficient, with a special shout-out to Alex & Pete. We had our AC replaced over the winter but haven't been able to really test it continuously until now, thus the delay in review. That said, we're finally getting to enjoy ac again for the first time in nearly a year since our old unit started suffering. Thanks again, Fresh AC Tech!

This is a great, honest company and I assure you that you will not regret using them for your HVAC needs. My AC went out Tuesday in the middle of our extreme heat wave and I called them after 5 pm and they had me scheduled between 12-2 the following day. When their tech was running late (understandable given the sheer volume of repairs they were dealing with), they were honest and provided updates. Upon arrival, they quickly diagnosed my problem and provided my options. I would recommend them to friends and family. Look no further, give them a call.

My husband and I have utilized services from this company over the past couple of years. Recently, they put an evaporator coil in our downstairs unit. After a day, it was not working so we contacted the company again. The tech ran some additional test and stated we needed a new condenser and evaporator coil along with the warranty expiring in less than a month.

We decided to obtain another opinion from an authorized Carrier dealer. They examined the system and found a pin hole leak on the compressor liquid line side and showed us that we had 10 year warranty with 6 years left on the unit. The new tech stated this could have easily been found by taking the time to pressurize the system and testing for it. The new company solved the issue for a third of the price along with confirming that a new unit was not needed. Also, the new company confirmed that the work you have completed over the two years was covered under warranty which they should have mentioned to us, but this company chose to sell other parts to make a profit.

We have spent thousands of dollars such as evaporator coil for the other unit when it could have been replaced at no expense because of the warranty. We will not be utilizing this company any longer due to the integrity of their tech and inability to diagnosis the issue of our units. Thankful, we realized that a second opinion was needed and want others to be aware of our experiences.

A/C went out. Fresh Tech (Harold) made accommodation to get here (9-11am) and Matt got here at 9am. He was professional and fixed the issue.

Alex is seriously THE BEST!!! We had a burnt out fuse that he found and swapped out to get our A/C going again! It was fixed and blowing cold again in less than 15 minutes! Thank you so much Alex!! Not only that, but it's a busy Saturday for him, and he was still able to fit us in and showed up on time! This is the second time we've had him come out to service our unit and both times he's been incredibly helpful and quick! This guy knows what he's doing!!

I have been a customer for six years. Fresh Tech is a reputable and reliable company. They provide good service and value. The technicians are knowledgeable and you can trust them. I also like the way they use technology to handle appointment reminders and payments.

I had to replace my old a/c unit. I’ve called one day, they show up at the same day to inspect, gave me an excellent and fair price.
Came in the next day to replace it, they were fast, clean, knowledgeable and attentive.
