Frank was working on our neighbors home when our AC unit went out after a thunderstorm. I went up and asked if he’d be willing to take a look at ours. It was close to the end of his day, but he was willing to come and take look. He was able to very quickly diagnose, communicated the cost, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!

This company is good depending on who they send out. If you're lucky enough to get Javier, I give them 5 stars. We had a bad experience with one of the techs who, as it turned out, didn't do a complete job and then sent us an invoice stating that he monitored the problem after he "fixed" it for 15 minutes--but my camera recorded his arrival and departure for a total of 22 minutes, then I have to subtract the 3 minutes he went out to his van and the 10 minutes he spent talking to me and my son. Anyway, he did NOT have time to monitor the system for even 2 minutes! BUT, Javier came (I personally requested him) when I reported that we still had the problem, was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and the best in customer service. He explained everything he did and was very personable. He actually took the panel off and showed my son where the problem was (the other tech never took the panel off). He really represents Majestic AC very well -- please keep him around and take good care of him! As far as the company is concerned, I've used them for my A/C and heater and have a maintenance contract. On the whole, they are very good and I'm very pleased with them and their procedures. They always send a text telling you when the tech leaves the office and when to expect him as well as a picture. Then you get a copy of the invoice via email. I would highly recommend them . . . but always ask for Javier!!

Purchased a new home with 2 Trane units installed by Majestic. Within 2 months 1 unit needed a new compressor. In addition they have been out to my home no less than 15 times to attempt to balance my home. My Primary bedroom A/C is still 7 degrees cooler than both my kitchen and guest bedroom. This system was designed and installed by majestic on a brand new home utilizing numerous cascading “Y” splits in the duct work.

Majestic was referred to us by our son and daughter-in-law. They were right...Majestic is the best. Frank listened to us describe our problem and quickly provided a solution. He also determined that our generator was not working properly which was part of our ac problem. He came back 2 days later and installed 2 new damper units. Things are working great now. Frank exudes knowledge and confidence. He represents this company well. He will always be our first choice.

Ease of scheduling and had two technicians at my house the next day. Frank and Jacob were very professional and their expertise helped them diagnose and repair my AC in a timely manner.
Overall extremely satisfied with their service and will exclusively use Majestic in the future.

Called this morning, during a huge Texas heatwave, Jacob showed up on time, was very respectful and courteous. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend majestic. ask for Jacob.

Tuesday night our AC unit stoped working. Wednesday by noon, the issue with my unit had been identified and a plan was in place to resolve.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt with addressing my issues from the first phone call I made at 7:30am. Rudy arrived to my home by 11:30am and diagnosed the problem. He was quick, polite and professional. He put me in contact with Debbie in the office who helped to organize my repairs. Debbie was also a true professional. She is knowledgeable and reasonable and ready to help. They had the parts needed for my repair in stock and made every effort to have us back up and running as quickly as possible. The service we received was exceptional and not something seen very often in the service industry these days. Majestic has made themselves a lifelong customer for our family.

The Technican was a super nice guy.
He check out the system and couldn’t find anything wrong. His opinion ,
The unit needed a deep clean. however ,
he was not able to do that the same day.
I’m not sure but it might have something to do with the fact they schedule me in the afternoon and last appointment. This is very disappointing as I had to make special arrangements to be in town , missing work. I now have to reschedule this and miss another day.
