I only write reviews when I'm extremely pleased or highly dissatisfied. This is a review for the former! The customer service for this company is TOP NOTCH. From the lady who takes the calls and schedules appointments, to the technician (Bernardo) who came out. He did repairs to get me back cool but also let me know I'd soon have to change my unit as it is 15+ years old. But, he never tried to push to sell me anything. He was honest, efficient, patient, kind, professional...and even had a sense of humor! That was a high point for me because I tend to be a jokester.

When I do replace my unit, it will be done by Aquarius.

If you're in need of HVAC repair or replacement, stop searching. This is your company!

They do regular maintenance for me; they have also replaced my air conditioner, and just recently, my furnace. They are competent, efficient and prices are fair. They listen, give advice if needed, and are excellent diagnosticians. I recommend them without reservation.

Very impressed! Aquarius business has been one of the most reliable and responsive companies I have ever used. This summer our AC stopped working (in Houston) and the next morning on my initial service call request, they tweaked their schedule to get our AC up and running. Incredible service and under $150. Secondly, our service technician was professional, extremely courteous and taught us a few prevention steps. I highly recommend using Aquarius if they are in your area.

I just want to thank Peter, Donna and Luis and everyone else who came to my rescue on a very stressful morning (12/23/2022) and repaired the heating problem. You went above and beyond my expectations for which l am very grateful as l was able to leave as planned for the holidays, and who ever the gentleman was who opened up his warehouse to provide you with the part needed l appreciate very much his efforts too. Great communication. Honest assessment of my AC issues. Offered several tiers of solutions that allowed me to financially assess the repairs. When I had technical questions they spent a good amount of time on the phone with me patiently explaining benefits and caveats for each solution and recommendation. Sales process was not pushy or urgent.
Based on previous experiences with home service companies I would say this was the most relaxing, informative and professional one yet.
Due to this, I was comfortable enough to confidently choose a complete AC replacement which was installed quickly and professionally.
Again, communication was outstanding and everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional, courteous, polite and easy to deal with.
Thank you for everything. My house is comfortable again, and my power bill is dropping.

From the outset, Louis was very professional, and answered all questions. Price quoted was reasonable. Johnny and his team of installers arrived on time, completed the job quickly and cleaned up following the installation. The entire experience was painless. We definitely recommend Aquarius.

Traveling salesmen here. "Your heat kit isn't working" is about the gist of the $85 diagnosis fee (which was the obvious issue that initiated my call). I dont know HVAC and this might have been the only conclusion possible. However I was left wondering if there was any intermediate fix trouble shooting attempted in the ~10 minutes the tech was here . It's possible a little bit of education and reassurance could have gone a long way; something like 'it's not drawing any power on the multimeter so we can't bubble gum and duct tape together a fix.' Giving the most obvious wide scale explanation was of no help. I had to google whatever the tech was talking about and it turns out he is recommending I replace the entire 10ish year old internal unit (air handler) quoting a $3k-4k price (internet search suggest more expense). Overall it may be I am more frustrated with dead equipment having nothing to do with Aquarius but their tech was so blank and unhelpful (even as I asked questions) it made me question the service. He told me the terms 'heat kit' and 'air handler' then I had to google the rest.

Aquarius replaced our AC coil in the attic with an American Standard new unit. The Installation crew did a great job with all the details involved and everything was finished on time and the cleanup afterwards was perfect. Our Technician, Luis Alvarado made sure that everything was done properly and according to the original quote given to us. There WERE NOT any hidden surprises with extra costs!
We just moved here from Arizona, and it was wonderful to find a reliable, honest company with great products, good service and competitive pricing.

I called to inquire on the installation of a uv light and ac tune up. Spoke with Peter and price was great compared to some other companies that I had spoke with. They were able to fit me in the same day which was awesome! Sean was my service tech. He was very knowledgeable, nice, polite, and explained to me what I could do to maintain my ac system. I really appreciate the fact that Sean took off his shoes when entering my home without me even asking. I’m a clean freak and don’t wear my shoes in the house. I will and would definitely recommend them for service!
