I would like to say that this company gives great service but I can not. I'm currently going on three years, and this damper switch has finally stopped working properly. In my brand new home, that's not even four years old. After the winter storm, this system has not been performed properly. Zone 1 in my house consists of master room, master bathroom area. It gets warmer than the rest of the house in the summertime and vice versa in the winter. The winter is extremely bad because my return vent is blowing heat out upstairs because it is cooler downstairs than upstairs, and the unit is trying to cool zone 1. Which never gets properly heated. Causing upstairs to get 15 plus degrees hot if no one noticed that it is constantly running. Now they've shown me how to open this switch, which I've had to show my family how to do because I'm constantly on the road. Which was a plus, but as of yesterday, this solution doesn't work anymore. I'm a veteran in his new home and have come completely fed up now. Can I please get this repaired or replaced. I'll be calling this morning....😡😡

Terrific service by Jaylin. He shared with me pictures of everything that was completed in our service. We discussed what needed to be addressed immediately to avoid the unit from breaking and what could be monitored and addressed as needed. On top of that he is super friendly and we had a great side conversation about cars. I was comfortable and felt no pressure. Great work!

My technician Brett was very professional and thorough. He made suggestions for a more user friendly thermostat and replaced the capacitor for the fan on one of my units. He performed routine maintenance. The cost for the capacitor replacement seemed quite high for the level of difficulty and amount of time needed to replace it. Other than the cost, I was very satisfied by the quality of service provided and definitely recommend Davis for your HVAC needs.

Our compressor was not making any noise, and there was no airflow in the house. Called after hours and an appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Our technician Mr. Jermaine was extremely pleasant, and was a fantastic help in taking the time to educate me on cleaning tips that would help in prolonging the longevity of the unit. He also sent me information for selecting maintenance plans to assist me in maintaining the unit throughout the year. 10/10 would recommend Davis A/C as well as Mr. Jermaine for any issue that may arise. I blower motor failed prematurely. The weather was decent out, so given it was a weekend, I decided to not call the After-hours number. Instead, I used their online appointment scheduler. Much to my surprise, they called first thing Monday morning and came out same day. They identified the problem quickly but had to order the part. The tech took his time to inspect both of my systems prior to leaving. The tech came back out and replaced the blower the next day. He also replaced my whole home filter while he was up in the attic. He provided some additional tips and advice to help me assure the system stays running in top condition. He even let me know of a preventative maintenance program they offer. I forgot to mention, he showed up when they said he would, he was dressed professionally, he applied boot covers each time he entered the house and he even gave my dogs some attention.
