Cold Texas Air replaced our Air Conditioner to our house at the beginning of June 2022. Steven Padilla came as soon as we called and thoroughly checked the inside unit and the outside unit and knew right away what was wrong. We needed a new outside unit. He ordered it and went and picked it up and came during the hot part of the day and installed it. He is very knowledgeable and professional and gives 100% to get you cool as soon as possible. I called Cold Texas Air after my warranty company informed me the problem with my A/C is that the evaporator coils were extremely dirty and air could not flow properly. The warranty company only covers breakdowns not maintenance. I also have to say my unit is extremely old!!! They came out, took it apart, took it outside, and cleaned it. They then discovered that the expansion valve had been damaged due to working so hard to compensate the extremely dirty coils. They came exactly at the time we were given, explained everything they were doing, and why it needed to done. Stephen performed a Miracle!! I can honestly say my home has not been this cool in years. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when I replace my HVAC system.
