Our service repairman, Johnny was extremely courteous and patient and thorough. He made sure we understood what was wrong, how much it was going to cost and very compassionate. He was on time, would not walk thru the house without shoe covers and very honest and upfront with problems that could arise. He never made us feel pressured in anyway. I have used Custom Comfort Air for 20 + years and would never trust another.

Colt Brown (sales/customer service) was knowledgeable, detailed and answered all questions. The subsequent installation team was efficient and neat. Highly recommended.

Colt was a fantastic technician! The day of he was very efficient, and followed back up several times after. He answered my many questions and never made me feel bad or dumb for having so many. Custom Comfort is great. We have been using them for years, and they have always been top notch with service. We use their tune up service and one service technician named Edwin found a small gas leak and repaired it right away and even cleaned up the furnace too. Thanks Edwin.
