    Epic Heating and Air provides an epic experience!! Seriously! I am not often motivated to leave a review, let alone a highly complimentary review. But the technician, Tim, just left after servicing my HVAC unit and I was so impressed with my experience that I just had to leave a review. Tim arrived a bit early, after calling to make sure I would be available before my appointment time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and after running my system through its paces, he explained all the findings to me in clear, easy-to-understand terms. He solved the few problems I was having without any expensive fixes. And he took the extra time to listen to my questions about my second unit (which wasn't being serviced today) and offer me some practical solutions to try for that unit. I've had other companies in the past refuse to make any comments about a second unit when it wasn't included in the initial service request, but Tim didn't hesitate, he was happy to step in and address my concerns. I learned quite a bit about my HVAC units and how, in particular, my AC functions in my townhome. I feel like an educated homeowner now, better able to handle other things that might pop up with this old HVAC I've got chugging along. I've used multiple other companies in the past for this old thing, but no one has every provided the exceptional friendly and helpful service I got from Epic and Tim today!

Patiently answered all questions and provided excellent discussion around options for our aging upstairs system. Sent us photos of components and summaries for comparison over time. In our experience, easily the best ATL HVAC team working through American Home Shield.

    Had Epic Air here for the heating tune up. The technician is very friendly, professional, and responsive. He answered all my questions and solved all me conceces regarding the heating system I have in the house. I definitely would recommand them.

    Epic Air did a fantastic job of repairing my HVAC system. They installed a new coil & condenser in my house and it was worth every penny. The two technicians that did the repair were knowledgable, professional, & most importantly, reliable. They were willing to walk me through everything they did and were super easy to work with. Would recommend Epic Air to anyone I know that is looking for any kind of HVAC repair or service.

    Tommy the technician was very polite, well mannered let me know when he was 25 minutes away. Tommy didn’t find the issue that I said I had with the unit. Perhaps because it’s an older unit. If your looking for reliable, responsible techs contact these people.

    I received great service from everyone I came in contact with from Sandy (Admin) to the AC Specialist (Brad and Tyler). They were all very knowledgeable, responsive and quickly assessed and addressed issues. I highly recommend Epic Air Heating and Cooling. Date of service: July 20, 2022 and July 25, 2022.

    I certainly do not recommend. Their technician, Tyler, was dispatched to my condo to fix my AC on 5/28/22. He left before even diagnosing my problem because he couldn’t find the roof of the building, though it it always on top. I thought that was odd at first, until I realized $100 was stolen for my purse. Company refuses to speak with me. Still no AC a week later.

    AHS made us use them. They came out while we were on vacation, gave them door code. When we came back from vacation the entire attic door was broken and hanging off. I've reached out to the company and no one has called back. Finally got the supervisor number, he obviously knew about the issue and decided to say WE BROKE OUR ATTIC DOOR SOMEHOW WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to file a claim with AHS. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. When a tech "supposedly" came to our house WHILE WE WERE DOWNSTAIRS, he said we never answered and left. I asked to speak to the supervisor then.... which he told me if my AC was that bad, I would be outside waiting on the doorstep from 8-11 for a tech to arrive. Sooooooo unprofessional.
