My air conditioner went out early on a Friday evening and I called Martin Mechanical and they sent someone out that evening. Unfortunately it was July 4th weekend and they told me they weren’t sure if they had the part but they said it would be Monday before the could fix it. Then Saturday morning I got a call that they were sending someone out with a new blower. They were so thoughtful that they took the time to take care of it. I can’t thank them enough!

Your technician Chris Barley, found the problem and had our AC up and running in record time, He was knowledgeable and professional. We also appreciate the updates on time of arrival. Martin Mechanical was helpful over the phone, responded quickly and professionally, correctly diagnosed AC problems previously misdiagnosed by another company, repaired the problems within 24 hours, provided an estimate before any repairs, and offered fair prices. Addison and Brayan are very professional and trustworthy. They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it.
It was a clogged drain and the automatic float switch would shut the system off.
A shady company could might have said I needed expensive parts and labor.
They earned my trust and respect.
