Xtreme Air Services - HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical

Where do I begin. My air had gone out earlier this week on a Tuesday 5/23/23 and I initially had another company to come out on Thursday, but they didn't show. I remember calling Xtreme air on Wednesday for a quote but didn't get back with them. So, I called them back On Thursday and they immediately sent Colt and his partner out to evaluate my system and let me know options to obtain a new Hvac system. He Colt and partner were personable professional and knowledgeable about everything. When it was all said and down they had me set up to have new system installed the next day, but I opt for Saturday because of work.... they were willing to install immediately. On Saturday 5/27/23, Matthew Holt and his partner got to my house at 9am for removal of old Hvac system and replacement and were done a little before 1pm!!! Both were very professional personable and worked efficiently. I am very pleased with ALL service start to finish from consultation with Colt and his partner to Matthew and his partner installing my new system. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and its staff. I recommend Xtreme Air to ALL who need servicing or replacement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ given!!!!

Chris Mallard arrived within the time window given. Communicated when he was on his way. Gave pointers on how to better take care of our system and repaired the issue we were having fast and accurately. Held good, professional conversation while he worked. Great guy. Highly recommend.

I got a complete AC System installed. Awesome work. Very neat and professional. Josh was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with his information made me feel confident that they were going to a great job and they did. The installers were awesome too. Very neat and clean. We bought the system and they installed the very next day! Loved it!!!

I have been in the plumbing service industry for 20 years and in construction for 25 years. Juan was our A/C service tech, from Extreme Air, the experience was fantastic. Juan gave us the best price he could, Extreme Air beat Willards A/C price by 1300 dollars. Juan also had all the parts on his truck, unlike Willard A/C they just told me that they needed to contact the factory. I'm glad I called Extreme Air, I was really short on cash and they understood and helped me with a few discounts. Thank you and God bless you.

It's currently 105°F in Lewisville Texas and yesterday was the same temperature. It's hot as Hades and I know many companies are overwhelmed with calls but after 2 days & 14 companies, Xtreme Air Services was the only company that stayed in touch and ACTUALLY sent someone out. Heather was great on the phone so, compassionate and made sure I knew someone was going to help. I received a message from them with a picture of the technician who was coming so I was informed of whom to expect. I really appreciate that as a woman!! Chris was on time, professional, friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable and quickly solved the issue with my Air-conditioning. I highly recommend their services for your HVAC needs!! They also offer plumbing, electrical and roofing. I will be using this company in the future!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!! 🙏

The thing I appreciate the most about this company is their attention to personal service. You are met on the phone by a courteous and helpful person. They stay in constant communication, so you always know what to expect and when, and then they deliver.
The techs are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, always explaining the process without making you feel dumb.
It was a trying situation for me and I was taken care of expeditiously and expertly. Very grateful to be doing business with these folks. I highly recommend and appreciate them!

From initial contact to installation, all employees were courteous, knowledgeable and qualified technicians. Sales Reps, Josh and Nick, were very informative in helping me decide to purchase a new Trane system. Installation occurred the next day after purchase. Installers Mike and his crew worked hard all day installing the new unit and complete replacement of the outdated duct work. Final inspection was made by Robert Thompson, who was also very courteous and answered any final questions and concerns I had. Overall experience was quite positive. I highly recommend Extreme Air Services for replacement or service of your air conditioning system, or any other of the many services they offer, such as plumbing, electrical, etc. Finally we look forward to being comfortable this summer and next winter and beyond.

My family and I hired this company to have a brand new A/C unit installed. New installation of unit, new vents, new everything basically. It has been such a headache! Close to $20,000 later and we have had lots of issues with not being set correctly and not cooling one room and one bathroom in the house. The sales rep promises you things that the technicians won't install unless they have approval. That was taken care of. Then they send the lazy employees for the technician to deal with, they leaned and slept on the sewer pipe, they punctured a hole into the sewer line, they came to fix it. Other things have happened, not worth stating everything. Keep in mind every time they schedule to come out, then end up rescheduling because they are too busy to fix the issues. Have had an appointment for two days to fix the vent issue and not cooling correctly in those two rooms, the appointment was today Friday 5.12.23 and they rescheduled for Tuesday. WHY?? Why would you do that? There is one elderly person living in the house, and one disabled person living in the house. We are very understanding people, but it feels like well since you have been paid, you just leave us on the back burner. Please fix the Issues, this is gone on way too long. I am willing to change my review when all the issues are taken care of.

My mom has had bad experiences with repairmen. I'm NOT exaggerating when I say, she hates them all. Well, hell must have frozen over. She really liked Ray.
He made her feel comfortable and patiently answered her questions.
