Very fast, very professional. Air control knew I had no air and had two small kids at home. And my air was up and running within an hour once the technician showed up. Very grateful to their prompt response.

This is THE BEST company we have ever used. Air Control is amazing. Jason came out yesterday (6/15/23) to check out what we THOUGHT was an AC issue. He was so kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Turns out it's actually a plumbing problem not an AC problem, which after Jason explained everything to us, makes complete sense. Jerry is our regular technician and we think he's awesome too. They are both very knowledgeable and always spend time explaining everything to us. We have a 14 year old unit that they keep in great shape for us. We are so confident with this company and their employees, we would highly recommend them to everyone! We previously renewed our 3 year contract with them. They come out twice a year to check everything so we don't have to worry when we switch from heat to AC... AND they even provide us with the filters each time. And because of our contract, yesterday's visit was no charge!! Great company. We highly recommend them.

I would not trust any other company to do the job. They have installed and serviced my system for years. They are always professional and have taken the time to ensure my system is working at its highest performance. My electric bill runs between $60 and $120 throughout the year. Well worth the investment.

We have used Air Control for 14 years! All the service representatives are very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel recently helped me set up my cell phone so that I could control one of our three units. He was so patience with me and helped me through the process of setting up my phone. The owners David and Kevin are GREAT TOO. They always take my calls or if they aren't in or on another call, they always call back! The ladies that handle the phones and bookkeeping, etc. that I have talked too are wonderful. After lightening destroyed one of our units, they made a "house call" very late at night. They wanted to make sure we were safe and that the unit would not cause any other damage to our house. I could go on and on about the excellent service that A/C provides. A special Thank you to all the A/C employees that have cared about our heating and air conditioning over the last 14 years.

I’ve been a customer of Air Control for 8 years now. They have always responded quickly and done what was necessary to take care of my families needs. This includes coming out at 6:30 on a Sunday after we got back from vacation and realized our air conditioning had gone out while we were away. I have recommended them to multiple people and they have all been satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone.
