Temple Heat & Air LLC

No AC for two weeks. Unreliable. They left today to go get a part and assured my apt manager they would be back by the end of the day. Came home to still no AC and a Holiday tomorrow. With all the other options out there they are the last place I would call. My MIL uses them and had four people come out in a months time and all told her something different.

We had to make an emergency call when our AC stopped working while we were away on vacation on a weekend. TH&A was there within half an hour on a Saturday night and got us up and running again. We can’t stress enough how appreciative we are for their responsiveness and care.

They were able to come out same day, temporarily fixed until they could order a part. The temporary repair was very reasonably priced, while there, he checked out the system.

Had a problem with water leaking into house from AC in attic. They worked several days and one got us thru the weekend with no water leaking into house and Steven was out on Monday and got us squared away with no water leak with the finished repair. They all worked hard in the heat.

I live in Killeen and have been using Temple Heat and Air Condition for years now and they are by far the BEST HVAC company in Central Texas. They do excellent work and their customer service awesome. When I have had problems with my HAC service, whether heating or cooling in the past they went above and beyond each time to fix the issue. I will definitely continue to use their services and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a clogged drain pan and they fixed me up. Mike came out even though it was late and he had a long day. I can’t brag on this company enough. They are awesome!

So impressed as usual. I had an appointment for next Tuesday but ran into a minor problem with my thermostat. Called yesterday morning and they got me in the same day.

I called after hours and left a message with the answering service. TH&A called me first the the next morning and had a technician at my house within an hour. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Always a prompt and professional experience. Even talked me through a problem I was having and saved me a service call. Will continue to make Temple Heat and Air my first choice when it comes to A/C work.

The young man that came out was very polite obviously knew exactly what he was doing and I totally enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend.
