Jeff and Goff Heating & Air got my business & me respect! They put an evaporator in almost 2 yrs ago for a 5 ton unit. Turns out it was a 4 ton evaporator. Jeff came out to service the unit & noticed the mistake. Goff replaced the evaporator with the one that was supposed to be on it FREE OF CHARGE!! Goff Heatiing & Air is an honest & trustworthy place to do business!

When our home air conditioning unit went out we called them. The owner Warren was very pleasant and helpful. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced in AC work. He went over and explained everything to us. He knew exactly what we needed. He made us feel appreciated as customers. It's not easy finding those qualities in a lot of businesses anymore. They had our unit installed within 24 hours. You can't beat their service, quality of work, and warranty. The unit we got from them cools our home better than our last unit. We are more than pleased and recommend them highly. We will use them for all our heating, air, and plumbing needs. This is by far the best pluming service I've had the pleasure of hiring. They came an immediately got to work fixing my gas leak issue. By the hardest working workers I've seen in a long time. The only plumbing service I'll ever call upon in this town.

Brett, Caesar, and John did a wonderful job installing my new American Standard central heat and air unit. They provided not only wonderful service but a terrific product that Goff believes in and stands behind 100%.
