These guys know their stuff. I have used these guys for years and they never dissapoint me. Always quality work and do what they say they are going to do. When my A/C went out recently they brought me a portable unit to get me by till parts came in. Lone Star goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with the service given last night. My blower motor was dead and despite the hour 9pm-10pm I was taken care of professionally. My dogs were panting from the 84° in the house and I couldn't risk heatstroke. It wasn't cheap for after hours service, but I am so grateful he was available to help as I had no other gameplan. He seemed to give me a little break as well. A true professional with heart! I can absolutely recommend this service.

Had them come out to look over system and repair. Colby came over and started to look everything over. I told him my concerns that the unit is too small and too old to continue repairing. He agreed and gave me the option to repair or replace. I said we need to go ahead and replace as this would help with electric bill and cool the house better. He gave me an estimate and got the parts ordered. The parts came in,and Mathew and Dave installed today (2 days after estimate). They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to deal with.

Lone Star Heating and Air made a deal to install new residential HVAC system and they kept their word; Dave, Matthew, and Aaron arrived on time as scheduled, they all worked 'til the job was complete, answered all my questions about the system, cleaned up after the job was done, and were personable and helpful all the way. They have my thanks for a job well done.

Lone Star Heating and Air sent a very knowledgeable, charismatic repair man that diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 20 minutes. My home went from 83* to near 70* in about 30 minutes. I will continue to patronize this company as they came out within 1hr. of the call. Thanks Lone Star Heating and Air.

John was amazing. Called on the 4th of July. He came right over fixed the problems and gave a great price. Now our house is cooling. I will most definitely call
when I need them again.
