Air Woodlands A/C and Heating

This review is long over due; I have used the team at Air Woodland A/C & Heating numerous times within the last year; from an initial inspection for our new home to general maintenance, then we had an unexpected AC issue to most recently a full furnace replacement. Jeremy and the team are fabulous! Timely, professional, clean/ conscientious, expertise in their field, and competitively priced. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy, satisfied, and that they left your home the way they found it:) I highly recommend Jeremy and team for all cooling and heating needs.

Air Woodlands came within hours of being called. My AC unit went out one day and was up and running the next day by my choice. Jeremy told me they could start that night and have it installed that same night. That was an option. You can trust Air Woodlands. The other guy told me I needed a coil, too. Jeremy informed me I didn't need a coil. Saved me money and time. Very honest, nice and respectful. Left my house and yard clean, Can't say enough good things...Jeremy has always been fast and concerned. Last winter he got my heat going as well. He is your guy!!! I will always remember Air Woodlands for any AC and Heat issues for my future, for life

I never write these kind of reviews but after multiple great experiences with this company I had to. Jeremy came out early morning and was quick, extremely knowledgeable and more than anything a great guy to work with. Just by knowing what unit we had and how old he knew exactly what issue was. I've used Woodlands A/C before and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

I am a mechanic and I know when people don't really know what they are doing. This team diagnosed and repaired my ac beyond expectations. It was refreshing to do business with competent professionals that didn't overcharge. My ac system was repaired and upgraded to what should have been designed when my home was built. If your furnace is going to breakdown, it’s going to happen during a frigid cold spell. I called this family owned business, based on a neighbors recommendation, & they came right-out to inspect & determine the situation, and came back the very next day with a new furnace. I am a 75 yr old widow. It’s important for me to feel confidant with anyone who comes to my home to perform any kind of service. They were absolutely trustworthy. You wont be disappointed in their work. I waited until now to review this company, so that I could give an accurate review of their work.

VERY SATISFIED with the service I received today from this company. They sent Robert, the Service Manager, to find out why my a/c wasn’t working. First time contacting this business.

Old unit. Needed Freon. Thought he would tell me that I needed to buy a new unit. 😳

The last 2 HVAC companies I have called within the past couple of years have tried to sell me a new unit with VERY AGGRESSIVE
sales pitches. Scared me. And one talked to me like I was a child. Unit has lasted another 3-4 years.

Robert was professional, polite, prompt (arrived within 40 minutes if my call), & recommended that I only replace the unit until it isn’t cost effective to fix it anymore.
That’s is just what I wanted to hear.

I will call them again when I need to replace the unit.
