Air Monkey Air Conditioning & Heating

This review is a bit different from the customer base due to me have being a previous employee.

This place has been such a life changing experience. Tyler has taught me more about life than just AC/ Heat. They were my second family and never would I have left if a once in a lifetime offer wasn’t presented to me. He has taught me the value of time, skill, effort, and all around integrity in work quality as well as ethic. He taught me so much with this trade and made me so effective with it. The knowledge he has is far fewer among men than there should be in this profession. I say this with a heavy heart that I will truly miss this place and the people in it. If anyone that is new and trying learn this trade the correct way I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. And for the gentlemen that want to experience something new and set there ego aside this is the place for you.

There is only one way, and that is the Monkey way.

It was a pleasure to have Air Monkey replace our whole home A/C system. Their staff is very professional & provided top notch customer service. Hunter went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, to help us make an educated decision on what system would be best for our needs. All the while, I never felt pressured into a sale. Also Air Monkey doesn't send some unknown contractor to your home. Hunter actually inspected our old system, provided an estimated, & installed the new system.

We have used Air Monkey for our AC maintenance for several years. They made small repairs when needed to keep the whole thing running smoothly. Our AC recently reached the end of it's life cycle and was beyond repair. We were provided with some great options and advice on what unit would work best with our solar panels and our household needs. Instillation was done within one day. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. The guys that worked at our house were very respectful of our space and made sure they left everything clean when done. Even asked for the vacuum to clean the carpet in the hallway where they walked. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and professional air-conditioning company.

Tyler and the staff at Air Monkey are awesome! They return phone calls, show up when they say they will arrive, and stand behind their work. Due to the crazy parts shortage, a part for our ac was available nearly two hours away. Our repair guy actually drove to get the part so that we could have cool ac. These guys are honest and trustworthy, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Tyler and his team were beyond helpful in getting our preschool center back up and running when our units went down.

We were first introduced to Tyler and Air Monkey about seven years ago. We signed up for twice a year ongoing maintenance of our heating and AC units and loved the email reminder that it was time for service to keep our units in proper operating condition. Tyler and his crew are excellent diagnosticians, the maintenance/repair technicians are friendly and well qualified. We were confident in their advice concerning our new installation as well as all of their services and found them to be reliable, honest and trustworthy. Having them in our home has been a totally comfortable experience and we enjoy the relationships formed through the years.

Derek was very professional and timely. He did an excellent job. The repair was very quick and the day prior to him coming out he stopped by for a system analysis and provided estimates for any replacement I might want to move forward with.

2nd Review: As of today (12/16/2022), I had my equipment replaced and must say I have continued to have an awesome experience and Derek never fails to impress me with his quality and knowledge. If anyone is looking for a good quality install then look no further.

The Air Monkey AC team (Tyler, Derek M and Hunter) is very knowledgeable and professional.

Tyler describes their service as “white glove.”They confirmed appointments, showed up on time and cleaned up as they went. Very polite and respectful of the property, as well.

I highly recommend Air Monkey AC for HVAC Repair and Maintenance. Our service rep (Hunter) was cordial, on-time, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He was polite and answered ALL the questions that we had. He showed us the issues, gave us a full analysis on what required servicing/repair was needed (as well as his recommendations) and gave a precise rundown of all associated costs and fees.
