Delta T Heating and Cooling

Travis and his crew recently installed three Mitsubishi high efficiency heat pumps on our home and a Mitsubishi mini split on the garage. Not only did he save us a lot of money on what are relatively expensive units, but his crew did a great job on the installation, cleaned up everything each day when finished, and were just great to work with. Travis made multiple trips out to help us decide on the right equipment and went the extra mile in making sure we were happy with the job when completed. If you're looking for fair prices and good quality work you'll be very happy with Delta T. And if you're looking for the best quality HVAC brand out there, you should take a look at Mitsubishi. They are the Rolls Royce of AC units.

I contacted for an air conditioning service job. The technician arrived unscrewed the front panel of the air conditioner inside the house. He said it looked good screwed the panel back on. He asked me to turn on the AC and I did. He put his hand over a pipe of the inside unit and said oh you got good freon flow. We went outside to the unit he turned on the water hose sprayed down the unit and said I was good to go..I will probably call another ac company for a better quality inspection. This was a waste of my money. But he probably thought old woman she doesn't know. My son is ac repairman so I described what was done-can't repeat what he said but upset his mom was taken advantage of. i did pay my statement.

We are a repeat customer primarily due to Delta T’s attention to detail, getting it right the first time, and quality service - all at a good price. Awesome job and great team! Professional, honest, thorough, and makes it a point to make sure the customer is happy. Travis made it a point to make sure he explained everything, showed up on time, answered all my calls promptly, and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed within the budget we could afford. Called in the morning and my AC was back up and running by lunchtime.
The team was professional, courteous and efficient; they didn't waste any time getting right to the unit and fixing the problem. I will definitely contact Travis and his team at Delta T for any future AC needs.

I called Delta t heating and cooling as my ac unit was not cooling. Mr Travis informed me that he had a full schedule and did not know if he could make today. I told him I appreciate anything he could do as I was getting over bronchitis and really needed my ac. He said he would try. 1 hour later he called and said he was 45 minutes away. I was ecstatic, he showed and it was just low on freon. He recharged my system and made sure all was working well before he left. He saved my weekend and what could have been a relapse for me being sick. My hat's off to Mr Travis for caring and helping me, and for his professional. You save my weekend. And I will recommend you and Delta t heating and cooling to anyone. That's customer service with a 5 star rating.

Can’t say enough about how great Travis and his team of techs are. They arrived on time, left everything clean, explained all the work they were doing so I understood. He is so knowledgeable and honest, I had been told I needed a new unit, but thanks to Travis and his team they cleaned everything and Travis said I did not need a new unit mine was functioning properly. It is so hard to find good honest companies to work with. Travis is definitely my HVAC guy. Grateful a friend of mine referred him to me. I will happily refer him to friends and family. OUTSTANDING!!! Travis cares about his customers, his timely arrival, professionalism, and great knowledge makes him a great businessman and entrepreneur . He drove over 75 miles from his place of business to fix my emergency with my A?C units. He worked very diligently and double checked every item that needed to be fixed. He did not leave until the units were running correctly and that I was satisfied with his work. His work is way more than what he chargers for the job. He does not charge a service fee just to check out the units. If you don't use his services you will be wasting your time with others.

Travis and his team of technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and most important, honest professionals. While looking at installing a new system, they continued their analysis and found the problem to be a defective valve. Lots cheaper than a new system.. We will continue our association with Delta-T and recommend them to anyone needing Cooling or Heating professionals.
