This place contracts for EOAC. They came and replaced the capacitor that went out on the outside unit, well that didn't completely fix the problem. The interior coil froze over. They replaced that. Worked well for 2 week or so and in now still freezing over and they will not respond to come and fix my ac. They replaced the coil in August. There should be a warranty but they are refusing to answer. This freeze over pictured is after 45 minutes of running. It no longer cools the inside of my house in fact it actually warms the house...

From the moment they installed the "new unit" thru today...it has broken every summer. 4 years of continual repairs and absolutely refused to honor any warranty in the first year, no one should use this "service". They take advantage and then don't stand behind their failing installation.

Our AC went out over July 4th week and we called them on the 5th. They were not open, but returned my call within 30 minutes and were able to work with our schedule to come check out our AC. We thought he had fixed it, but found out in short order it was not fixable. They were able to order a new unit for us (inside unit and outside unit) and have it installed within a couple days. They even gave us a bit of a credit for not being able to fix it on Friday. Not only are these guys helpful and fast, their prices are reasonable and they give good advice. Their quotes were accurate if not a little higher than what they actually charged for the new AC, and they did it in less time than they anticipated. Thank you!!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Highest integrity. My husband has MS and cannot be in the heat. Our AC unit went out and they installed a unit the next morning to prevent him problems. This company goes above and beyond.

Craig responded to our pleas for help when our heater malfunctioed when Temps were in the 20's. He helped us get by until a new unit could be obtained. So very lucky to find a well qualified Contractor. Please call him if you need a great guy to help you. We highly recommend him!
