The tech showed up when they said they were going to. They identified the problem quickly, were able to solve it quickly. He gave me some tips for maintenance and what to do if we ran into the drainage problem we again to keep the house cool until they could get out to fix it. Highly recommend them.

All Pro A/C and Heating is amazing. They keep in great communication with you every step of the way. As soon as you make the phone call till after the job is complete they will always keep you updated.
Yesterday, our outside unit had stopped working and I made the phone call and they were at our home within a few hours. Jeff was the technician that came out and he was amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. I can stress enough how professional All Pro A/C and Heating is.

I called 2 other companies out to find a problem that I had with very low pressure blowing from all of my vents; AllPro was the only one who found the main problem within my fan motor and fixed it in 20 minutes. The others wanted to do a whole house vent cleaning which I knew had just been done 6 months prior and was very sure that wasn't the problem. AllPro AC was very professional, quick and honest, Johnny spent about 40 minutes locating the real problem and had it repaired 20 minutes later. I'm so thankful to see that there are still reputable service companies in Waco! Johnny did a great job at a Very reasonable price - AllPro has my business for life. Great Job. Great Company! All I can say is WOW ! All-Pro is the only AC company I will ever trust. After calling them I got a same day appointment actually within 2 hours - The service tech was very polite and professional- he asked me about my problem, quickly diagnosed and repaired my heat pump in under an hour. My system is now running much more efficiently and my house is staying warm at night with no weird smells. Thank You guys. You Are The Best! A very nice employee named Nico Oliver entered my home with the brightest eyes and biggest smile. He professionally introduced himself and his company. He was very skilled at explaining what he was doing as he worked. Such a great pleasure to meet such a virtuous and knowledgeable person. Give him a bonus!!

This group is awful. Spent $100 trying to fix an intermittent issue and they drained the coolant out saying it was over pressure, then wanted $1K to tear the unit apart to fix the issue because now the unit didn't cool at all. Turns out that one of the filters was installed backwards and the unit was icing up. Ran without the filter to clear the ice and reinstalled filter properly. Had to pay someone else to refill my refrigerant since it was way under pressurized even after I fixed the icing issue. On top of all of this, Johnny lied to my wife about several unnecessary services and 'code violations'. Never again!

I called All Pro after another company wanted me to pay them upfront for labor cost that they had not performed yet. The other company had order a new motor for my AC unit that was under warranty but would not go pick it up and swap out until I payed them upfront. Who pay for something that they haven't received yet?? After refusing to pay upfront the other company left. All Pro came out within the hour after me calling and checked the unit. The tech confirmed it was the motor and called the supply company to see if they had the part. The tech went and picked up the motor came back and put the part in and all was fixed in less then 1.5 hours. The receptionist was very nice and understanding. She listen to my vent regarding my mishap with the other AC company and insured me that they would be able to help. The Tech Jeff was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Once the install was finish I paid for services render. I will definitely call them again if I need them and would highly recommend them.

I have used All Pro for a while for regular maintenance and they have always been wonderful. This spring, my cheap unit that came with the house needed another major repair so I decided to replace. I have waited for a few month to see how it operates and I am so very well pleased. It runs very quietly and so efficiently that I am amazed at my electric bills in this extreme heat. I was very happy that when they came to install it they did a great professional job and finished even sooner than expected. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs and it is a pleasure when calling their office to have such a pleasant and friendly voice answer.

This was the best service I have ever experienced. Johnny came out and completed our estimate on a Thursday and ordered our system. Our install appointment was to begin between 8-9 on Tuesday. Johnny and his crew showed up at 8 and were completely done by 11. I will never use another company again and recommend I recommend this company to anyone with heating and air conditioning needs.
