Northern Tool + Equipment

I was referred to Northern Tool by one of the big box stores because I was looking for a Stihl weed eater and Northern Tool just happened to carry them. As I was looking at their wide variety of weed eaters, a sales associate came up to see if I needed any help. We were discussing the weed eaters and I was ready to make the purchase when he told me that if I came back in one week, they were having a one day special sales. I very much appreciated the information and I did come back and make my purchase and saved some money in the meantime. A lot of places won't tell you about upcoming sales and you lose lots of money. Kudos to the staff of Northern Tool, I appreciate your business ethics, I highly recommend shopping there.

I went to the Northern Tool + Equipment store located at 2339 S New Road Waco, Tx 76711. Store # 678 And I must say the customer service was above and beyond most. The lady that checked me out at the front ( can't remember her name ) made my day. When I went to pay my bank card had reached it's limit for what I was allowed to spend for a day. So there was still a balance owed. And this woman pulled out her bank card and paid it for me. I mean speechless, hard to find them like her! Oh yeah and can't wait to use my DeWALT backpack sprayer! 😊

This store has a lot of tools, very organized and well stocked.

I like the new store, but right now I'm not in need of anything specific. There will be certain products I buy here that they offer that few others have. (Pressure washers, trailer parts, moving equip, etc.)

If Harbor Freight doesn't carry it I will go here.

First time to go there. WILL NEVER 🚶‍♂️ GO THERE AGAIN!Prices on EVERYTHING were sky high! Needed some nuts and bolts. What they had I could put in one sack! Looked around and got the hell out! If you need anything to work with? Go to HARBOUR FREIGHT!

Northern Tool has always been the better quality tool store, and I am so happy to have one in Waco. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended.
