Doug came out to replace a unit for us in Temple. his prices were affordable, he came on time, completed the job. we had an issue with the unit turning off. I called him and he immediately came the next day and fixed it. unit has been working well since then! I would def use him again for any ac issues.

Before Doug came out to our home we had already had 3 other companies look at our system and misdiagnose our problem. Doug was able to accurately diagnose the issue and give us a fair price for parts and labor. Not only was he able to fix our initial complaint but he also caught other issues that 3 other companies didn't. Our unit now works without any flaws. I 100% recommend his company and will continue to call Doug for all my heating and cooling needs.

I can't say enough good things about Doug Tergerson in the 2021 snow apocalypse he showed up fixing my heating system and saved the day. He was very professional and sweet, Very fair priced and even when he left my house at 6:30 at night he was still off to help more people. If you ever need someone that you can trust to do great work call Doug. I will recommend him every time. Thank you Doug to have a life time customer.

Called to schedule a good time for Mr. Tergerson to come out and maintenance our Heater to prepare for the colder months in Texas.....
He said he would be at our home by at the latest 4 pm. He showed up an hour late and also seemed very unprepared. I was told multiple times that he would have to leave to pick up parts and then come back. The Job ended up taking all day when he told me it should’ve been a quick fix.

Yet another experience to show me that some people should not be in business!!

We got to know Doug through one of the warranty companies and after seeing the character that he displayed while in our home we were very impressed and we have used him numerous times for various jobs. He is Curtious, honest and talented. If he wasn't all three of these I would never give him five stars.

I will definitely be calling him for any of my ac and heat work he came out late one evening on a cold 🥶 night and look at my furnace and told me what was wrong fixed it partially so the kid's room would have heat and came back the next day and fixed it to where the entire house had heat. very quick and very professional.
