Nice people, but my dad's AC has been leaking from the FIRST day they installed it on 8/10/2021.

Several return trips (and additional charges) later and still no resolution. The photos were taken 1/2/2023

Quality Air came out, and discovered a few mistakes that the last AC Co made which caused our compressor to go out in less than a year. They honored the warranty, fixed the issues and we are cool again. Thanks Brandon and Quality Air

Ac was installed inproperly. Units was chocked down causing it to sweat and fry inside components. The unit wasn’t sealed properly causing the unit to suck in hot air which made the condensation worse. It was also found that duct lines were crossed and not sealed to the unit letting out the air. The Company was ininformed and agreed to comeback and correct the issues then was a no show and stopped answering the phone. This company is not an honorable one.

I can't say enough about quality air. Very professional and reasonable price. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure my heating system was working properly and fixed my wiring issues. This is the only place I call for all my Heating and Air work. Thank you so much

Highly, highly, highly recommend! Honest, straightforward and fair! I just wish we would have called them first. We have major issues with our AC unit and the other two companies we called out replaced our thermostat, poured bleach down the drain hole and charged us almost $500 without addressing the real problem. Quality Air took the time to show me the problem, explain why it was happening and then gave me a solution with options! I will not go anywhere else for my AC repair needs.

We were 100% pleased with the best competitive price in the Golden Triangle area, the quality workmanship, the informative, friendly and highly professional installation team. Our new A/C and heating unit is extremely quiet with no vibration. The 10 year parts & labor warranty and routine maintenance agreement was the best around... These guys refilled my freon last year, charging $65 to check it + several hundred to refill it. A month later I had a leak in my primary drain line and found cigarette butts stuck inside. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them this year when my freon was low again (indicating a leak). I was told on the phone it would be $50 to check it out. When they got here they quoted $710 to do a dye test on the lines + $65 for the checkup and a 4% card fee. They probably would have charged to fix it afterwards. The techs who came out seemed unhappy, like they did not want to be there, but had no problem charging the fee for showing up. $70 to drive less than a mile from their shop, look things over for 2 minutes and give me an outrageous quote.

Our A/C broke Monday and we were cooling off mid day on Tuesday with a whole new unit. Everyone who came in and out of my home was respectful and wasted no time getting us back to normal. Brandon even put in a new thermostat on a moments notice. I couldn’t be more pleased with Quality Air. Thanks guys!

They were able to come out very quickly in the days after Imelda, and were very quick to diagnose and repair my A/C problems. They sent two professional and courteous young men. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

The previous review I believe is a fake. 1)Quality Air does not have anybody that smokes employed and 2) this almost same exact review is found for Vaughn's Air Conditioning. This is not fair to either company, Freon and parts are expensive and you are having a professional with training doing repairs.
