Tod R. Packer Heating and Air Conditioning

Our furnace died in the middle of winter. Tod's name was on the furnace, who we called. Even though he recommended replacing the furnace, we have been SO MUCH happier w/our new furnace. Thanks Tod & your boys for a clean install.

Call to get furnace replaced, was told could fix no problem, cam over and lit pilot light and even needed to borrow tools from me, took my money and furnace back out 2 hours later, this was on November 13, have called and left messages several times, never get a response, Was really quick to get to the bank to cash my check though. I have went 2 months with out the furnace working and now have to pay someone else to do what I paid him to do.

Tod and Ryan took good care of us. We have been without an ac for a little bit and have tried to get other companies to get it fixed. Reached out them and they had it fixed with in a short amount of time. My house is now cooling fantastically! Thank you guys

Tod is very reliable and honest man. I had my heater die on me in the middle of the winter. I called Tod on a weekend and he was there with in an hour and fixed my furnes.

This company should be out of business. They broke my plumbing trying to drill condensation line and left it to leak sinking my house. They didn't seal my roof causing water damage. They cut my electrical to my bathroom to use a wingnut so they would have one on their project. Look forward to a lawsuit, crook!!

Tod Packer has done service work for me on multiple occasions and I could not be happier! The job was done correctly and promptly. I trust them and recommend them to everyone I know!
