ECS HVAC

We randomly had our A/C stop working. ECS is whom we decided to go with. The air conditioning issue was fortunately dealt with pretty quick. Jose, with ECS, came out and did his best with what looked to be the problem. The fuse was clearly blown, he switched it out showing me the cause. He made sure it worked before leaving. An hour or so later it appeared to have blown again. I called ECS and they sent Jose right back out. Jose went the extra mile checking everything possible. He did find some wires that might have been the issue, he mended those and changed out the fuse again. He went through every possible reason and stayed in the house checking the vents and condenser, to clear the problem before he left. Seems to be working. Jose was professional, kind and thorough. Definitely would recommend Jose from ECS!
