A-1 Heating & Cooling

A-1 gave me A+ service. They stayed late into the evening diagnosing and fixing my AC issues, answered all of my questions, and were highly professional and honest. Where other companies would have just pushed me to buy an entire new AC unit, A-1 laid out clear alternative options and the risks associated with them, and then let me decide what would be best for my home. They extended the life of my unit for a fraction of the cost of a new unit. I highly recommend them!

AC unit went out. Called and they got a technician over within a couple hours. They were friendly and very helpful in determining the problem after I had tried a few other simple trouble shoots that weren't the issue. They quickly remedied it and their rates were very reasonable. I will use them again, if needed. Great folks to work with.

These guys are great! They were friendly, courteous and clean! They checked out our furnace and made sure it was ready for winter, and even connected some wires for me to be able to install a smart thermostat without running into issues (for no extra cost!) Will definitely use them again!

My furnace was having a roll out issue on the first startup of the season so I called up A1 and they were quickly responsive and timely. When they came out they tested my system and showed me the results to confirm what the issue was. Their pricing was very fair, especially for the time it was (evening).

Although the furnace repeated the issue, they were more than willing to come out and run additional diagnostic where they found another culprit compounding the issue I was having, and they took care of it at no extra cost. For the time they spent and in depth troubleshooting, I think they did fantastic and I would not hesitate to contact them again. Excellent service!

I did the DIY on my furnace that wasn't igniting. I really messed up the furnace badly. These brothers came when they said they would, did very thorough checking the various parts. I have given up on the big name well advertised services because they cost more and take longer to get them out. I called this morning they were here at 12:15 and after getting the parts they came back and finished up by 6:00. Never have I had service done by anyone with the integrity of these guys. I guarantee you will be pleased!!!

We requested their services as a second opinion to another HVAC company that stated we either needed a new furnace and air conditioner or an $800 fix. A1 let us know that our system (although old) was still functional, and there was no need to replace it at this time. They fixed a backed up drain from the AC and tuned up the furnace for a much lower charge. They also have been following up to ensure that everything has been working well. Great customer service.

We woke up on a freezing Friday morning and our furnace had stopped. I called our regular HVAC service manager who said that the earliest that they could come was Sunday afternoon and there would be an extra charge for a weekend call. I googled furnace repair and chose A-1 Heating & Cooling and I'm glad I did. They were able to come Friday afternoon right on time, replaced a failed part from their onsite inventory and fixed our problem!
Two professionals who couldn't have been any nicer, told me to call them 24/7 if we had any more problems.
