One star is too many for Scott Heating and Air. This company is a complete joke. Our Warranty company sent him (the owner mind you) out to our property to fix our furnace. He came out 3 times to fix the initial problem and one of the times "replaced" the drain pipe from our furnace to the large drain. It didn't match up properly and I even brought it to his attention at the time he fix it, and he told me i didn't know what i was talking about...now 6 months later we have water damage and mildew build up inside our wall. Best part is he's telling me it's my fault i didn't notice, and refuses to return our phone calls. RUN FAST AND FAR from this company.

Cecil with Scott Heating & Air was amazing to work with! Great at communicating and letting you know when he will arrive. Working with him was the complete opposite experience from the previous vendor that my home warranty company had sent. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I highly recommend Cecil and truly appreciate him.

Cecil made sure our A/C system was repaired on a very hot 4th of July weekend, and was fair and honest. I called him because he knows what he is doing and has treated us right in the past. He will continue to be my first call.

Cecil is very friendly and excellent at troubleshooting and repairing heating and cooling.

Cecil was sent to us by our home warranty company for a second opinion after another company told us our air conditioner had an irreparable coolant leak and would have to be replaced. His above-and-beyond work saved us thousands of dollars and exposed a fraudulent technician in another company.

He promptly proved that there was in fact no coolant leak, and that the other company's technician had outright lied to us. He quickly troubleshooted the system and found the problem, and promptly took care of it for us. He was very friendly, professional, and informative, happy to take the time to explain to me everything he did.

Unfortunately, and though it's not at all Cecil's fault, it did take over a week from the date of the home warranty company dispatch until Scott Heating & Air actually arrived to address the issue. That's the only reason I can't give a full five-star review.

What a great experience! My home warranty company, American Home Shield tried sticking me with another vendor and after a huge ordeal, they assigned Scott Heating & Air to service my gas furnace! He went above and beyond to explain things to me as our furnace was in sad shape! He was quick and precise and took the time to explain all the issues, which we knew there were many!

Hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, and honest person working in this industry. He really knows his stuff, and his prices are incredible. He tries very hard to give you the cheapest option with the best results. He is very honest on pricing, I got other bids and he blew them all out of the water in terms of price. I really trust him to do anything on my HVAC system. He has always taken to the time to answer my calls whether I've hired him or not.

Cecil from Scott Heating and Air saved us after a terrible experience with another company. He was determined to fix our stubborn AC system and did it quickly. He is honest and open about his suppliers and costs. I would high recommend him.
