Aire Serv of the Wasatch Front

Aire Serv is a wonderful company. They installed a Geothermal system in our home four years ago and we haven't had any problems with it. Our utility bills have been significantly reduced and our house is comfortable year round. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I have been very pleased with the furnace that I purchased from Aire Serv. The guys took the time to listen and understand my concerns. They did a great job of analyzing my home and situation. My three level split home now has more balanced temperatures. The furnace is much quieter than I ever expected. Great experience start to finish.

Great, honest tech. My home inspector recommended a $150 part. The tech told me it would be unnecessary instead of just installing it and taking my money. He made a point out of explaining how things worked and what he was doing. Very honest and upfront. I'll spend the $150 on future services from Aire Serv!

Most of the techs were nice but the bottom line is when I called them a year ago I had an air conditioning system that didn't work and one year later after close to ten visits from their techs my air condition system is still unreliable. After the techs left it wouldn't be more than a couple of weeks of A/C use before I noticed recurring problems. They kept giving me new reasons for possible things that were wrong but the reality is I paid this company over $1000 to fix my A/C and they weren't able to do that. I have moved on to another company to fix it and highly recommend that you skip them and find a different company as well.

Dealing with this company has been a long NIGHTMARE! Had a new Lennox heating and cooling system installed July 3, 2012. The day the installation was complete my house cooled to a balmy 85. OPPS! The installers forgot to put in the Freon. Began calling because the house would never cool down until after sundown. I asked for a call from the owner.....call was NEVER returned.
Middle of winter heat pump freezes....seems too much Freon was put in the compressor. Was told by Tech they needed to come back in warmer weather. I said I would call was told no need it would be on the books for a recheck...NEVER showed up
Next summer house would not cool down compressor runs from 11 am to 2 am the unit NEVER keeps up with cooling temp of the house keeps climbing never below 77 during the day setting the unit at 72. Reaches 72 about 3am.
They were out Tuesday trying to tell me I needed to clean the unit.Been there did that. Oh Freon was low but that did not resolve the issue. Tech called the next day ask if issue had been resolved...NOPE he said he would speak with Steve (the owner) and get back to us. Still waiting for that call too. Also was told to get heat registers that would direct air straight up. REALLY.
I am beginning to think my compressor was damage at installation and this company does not stand by their work or product

Had tech out to service our furnace. Very knowledgable and friendly! Also, price was more than fair. Would use them again and recommend them to friends and family!
