These guys did an awesome job and were wonderful to work with! Super nice and not rude or condescending like some contractors can be. When their salesman hadn’t estimated correctly how many return vents we needed, they added another vent and didn’t raise the price. There were also willing to make minor changes without any prices changes. Every worker knew HVAC well and had trustworthy opinions on how it should go. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.

Western heating and cooling was able to make a timely appointment for repairs eventhough our air conditioning unit stopped working just before the independence day holiday. I was pleasantly surprised when an opening in their schedule allowed the repairs to happen a even a day earlier than promised. Tyler is great, he was courteous and friendly and made the repairs quickly and competently. I'm keeping my cool 😎 here at home thanks to all at Western.

My A/C unit went out. I called to get the unit repaired. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They were able to get me help very quickly! Tyler came to my house and immediately found the problem. My unit was drawing too much amps on startup which caused a capacitor to fail. He fixed it and gave us a solution to avoiding another failure. He is super knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Western Heating and Air for maintenance of my home systems!!!! Thank you everyone!

Zach went above and beyond for us. He arrived on time, did a great job and left the area clean and tidy. Great communication. You don’t realize how much you appreciate hot water till you don’t have any. Thanks Zach and Western Heating and air for great service (and hot water).

Tyler was GREAT. Diagnosed the situation thoroughly and fixes it quickly. Western is the best. Been using them for nearly 20 years. They don’t try to oversell or upswell the situation. They are my go to for all things heating, AC, and plumbing.

Zach and Daniel were fantastic. They were clean, showed up exactly on time, communicated to me what needed to happen for repair in laypeople terms so I understood what needed to happen, and finished the repair well under the quoted time. We’ve used Western for HVAC tuneups and repairs in the past, and we’re so happy they’ve added plumbing to their services so we can experience the same quality expertise in all their provided areas of home care. Western Hearing & Air was absolutely fantastic!! They showed up right when they said they would. I even got a text with a name & picture telling me they were on their way. My husband and I just bought our house so they actually explained to us everything about how the units work and what we should look out for maintenance wise. He made suggestions but always left everything up to us,

We've used Western Heating & Air for a few years now and we've always had a great experience. Isaac came out to our home today to do some maintenance on our air conditioning and was very professional and friendly. He took his time to go over all my questions and explained things very thoroughly. Even though our AC unit is 18 years old, he didn't try to upsell or pressure us for things that weren't necessary. He was honest and explained all options, with the pros and cons to help us make the best choice as to what would help our AC last as long as possible before we need to replace it.

I had scheduled a service check that same day Daniel and Zach came by. They both were very professional and thorough explaining what had happened and what needed to be done. Which led us to find out on more things that did happened than what we expected. They found that the duct had fallen down and had a hole that releases carbon monoxide. The next day they came back to do the plumping and replace the water heater and took our old ones out. They were respectful and very nice.

Also Clint came down and inspected what had happened to the duct. Explained thoroughly. He helped with questions I had about financing and made the process fast! Clint was awesome by the way to get back to me when he could. Scheduled and called Daniel and Zach to come by the next day.

The next day Bradley, Seth and Keaton along with another technician came to replace the furnace, ac unit, thermostat and flue. Put pipes and etc in spots thats easy to get to. They were respectful and friendly. They also laid down a long rag down the stairs to not get any dirt on it. Bradley also explained what he was going to and when he finished as well.

We appreciated the time you all took to come down and helped fix the issue. Thank you all for your time and working professionally on everything. I'm sure we will be seeing you all for our service's needs!
