We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several plumbing issues including new toilets and shower leaks. We have always been pleased with their work! Allen was punctual, honest, well-priced, and gave us great advice on our plumbing needs. We love Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

This was our first experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and we couldn't have been more pleased. Jon Harvey was extremely friendly, helpful, and clearly explained our different options. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very personable. As very recent first-time home buyers, we were wary of receiving poor service or being overcharged. Our experience with Jon completely put those fears to rest. I would recommend Jon's services to anyone that needs plumbing help.

I had a problem with howling pipes. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Pleasant Grove. They were able to send someone that day. He was very professional took time to track the problem down. He recommended I not make a decision until he called an associate with more experience with our problem. It was a Friday. I wasn't expecting them to be able to come back after hours to troubleshoot, yet they were willing to do so.
The problem was solved, not as serious as I thought it was going to be. The pressure needed adjusting, which he did. I've had problems with other plumbing companies, not so with this company. They will be our family's plumber from this day on. I'm happy to recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

I have had problems with my shower drain clogging several times lately, and so I decided to call a professional to come fix it. This was my first time using Benjamin Franklin and I couldn't have been more pleased! They had a repairman to my house within 30 minutes of my call! Eric was extremely professional and courteous. He fixed the problem and also recommended a water softener to help with the hard water that was causing the blockage in the first place. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Eric/Benjamin Franklin again!

I've used Ben Franklin for over a decade and have only experienced professional and helpful service. For example, I just had a pipe break inside a wall, and the entire issue was handled quickly, efficiently, and at less cost than I expected. I also like the annual review that comes with membership; often little problems are solved before they become big problems. I have saved a ton of money, and my wife's mind is at ease because they can be trusted. I highly recommend them.

Our furnace went out within 6 months of buying a new home. Luckily we had a home warranty, and they sent out Benjamin Franklin Heating and Plumbing. Richard came out, and did a great job. He saw the issue would probably cost more in parts than a new furnace and worked it out with the warranty to get us one.

The return visit was to get the new furnace installed. Even though this was all he was out for and all he was being paid for, I had some questions about other things in the home like our water softener, water quality, and the general heating and air conditioning in the house. Richard was very kind and answered all of my questions. He gave great advice and tested our water for free (thankfully no issues). When I asked about different services and upgrades, he described them and was able to give quotes without pushing anything. It was a great experience.

We called up Benjamin Franklin plumbing after reading some very positive reviews online. They were all true! Scott was our plumber and was so friendly and efficient. We will definitely use them again! (And surely will because we sorely lack plumbing skills...)

We had a leak in our upstairs plumbing (coming from the toilet) that was soaking the ceiling in our laundry room. I called and within two hours Scott was here fixing it. He was very friendly, confident, and thorough. I've used Ben Franklin many times for many various jobs and I have ALWAYS been pleased with them!

Had our plumbing back up to the kitchen sink. They were very fast and did an excellent job. The plumber was very professional and informed us before doing anything. He was very clean and cleaned up his work space under the sink before he left. Their bio drain cleaner is just as cheap as Amazon, but they will drop it off to your house!

They came the same day I called them, even though it wasn't an emergency. Allen is very knowledgeable and experienced. They have set prices, which are very fair, for specific jobs so you know exactly how much things are going to cost. Allen was never pushy on up-selling. I had my sewer line cleaned out, root-x treatment and the camera view of inside my pipes. He gave me a nice discount on top of the standard 10% military discount.

Will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of services they offer!
