My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

My Buddy the Plumber is awesome. We had a water line to our apartment building break during construction in the parking lot. My Buddy the Plumber came promptly after we called them and explained the situation. They gave us a very reasonable priced quote within an hour or two of visiting the site. They were able to come the next day and said they would have the water back on so the tenants wouldn’t have to go without water for very long, when other companies told us we’d be out of water for a week or more. Really good plumbing company that we will definitely use again in the future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We are very dissatisfied with this company. The original man that came to give us the quote on a remodel made it sound like he would do the work and sounded very competent. He was the one who received all of the information from us and what we really wanted. The company then they sent other people to come and do the work. They did not receive all of our instructions and they took advantage of my elderly father and pressured him in to doing way more work than we had originally said we wanted done and charged us 2x the value of a shower pan that we didn't want in the first place and was the wrong size. We specifically told the original quoter AS WELL AS the men who came to work that the job would need to pass city inspection. The work they did was not able to perform the inspection task. So, after paying for everything, the job wouldn't pass inspection and they and they sent a different person to follow up who is now having to figure out how to clean up after the other in order to get it to pass. He really tried to do what he can to make sure it passed and we were satisfied. We appreciate his efforts to clean up. However, overall, we are very disappointed by the dishonesty in the presentation of what they could/would do and what happened and how much we paid (way over what we had anticipated and what was originally quoted and we had said we wanted done). We would never go to My Buddy the Plumber again and we would never recommend it to anyone.

Tyler and Aiden were absolute life savers! They found the problem with my bathtub faucet quickly then Tyler went out of his way to MAKE me exactly what I wanted.
They were professional, quick, honest, and completely open with me; all for a very reasonable price.
I can’t express my gratitude enough!

Orion and Dallas were amazing! They came as quickly as they could during the holiday weekend and stopped a massive active leak that would cause major damage to our house. They were at our house within the hour, and were great and absolutely reasonable in terms of pricing. I would highly highly recommend their services. I will exclusively ask for them both is anything come up int he future-thank you guys :)

Great place! Holland was amazing! He came and fixed our furnace very quickly and was super kind! Highly recommend!

AC system kept freezing up and shutting down. My Buddy the Plumber was able to schedule a tech to come out the day after I reached out. Tech was friendly and seemed professional. After a few minutes I was offered 4 levels of service from $600 "band-aid" to $5k replacement. Talked into $1500 service as it had a warranty. Within a week the AC was still freezing over daily. Called after 2 weeks and they sent another tech (first one no longer worked there) that recommended another $800 service. No Way. I already feel scammed paying $1500 for less than $50 in parts and MAYBE $200 in refrigerant plus 45 minutes labor.

I've used several different plumbers over the years and I can honestly say My Buddy the Plumber has been the very best. Hayden and Dallas came by today to fix my faucet that came loose. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in getting the job done. I definitely recommend them to friends and family and anyone needing heating and air service.

Daniel was very professional and listened to the concerns we had with the kitchen sink leak. He went above and beyond and was honest. He fixed all the problems with the sink and really took the time to make sure there were no leaks again and that the job was done correctly. He left things more clean than how he found them. Great company and workers. We highly recommend them and will be calling them again!

Hayden and Braden were very professional and showed up on time and did a great job at replacing our shower that a previous plumber could not fix properly. These two did a wonderful job and quick as well. We have been through a few different plumbers and these guys were the best by far. I usually don't write reviews but these guys deserve a 5 star review. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

I called this morning with a leak under my kitchen sink. The employees were so nice and were able to send someone out by 2pm. Michael called and said he was 30 minutes out and son of a gun, he was in my driveway 30 minutes later! After investigating and discussing my options with me, he proceeded to repair the leak in no time! The punctual response and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with was top notch! I would highly recommend anyone to My Buddy. I will also use them with any future issues!
