Few years back Harold came out to look at our 20 plus year outdated system and recommend we bring our system up to energy efficient and quality standards. They replaced both old furnaces & condensing units & WOW what a difference!! As a follow up, we have a theater room we wanted to do a Split System on. It was the furthest room from basement furnace (under a garage) and Harold & his team came out and installed a mini split system. Does heating & cooling. This has allowed our family to use this space all year round very comfortably.

What an amazing company from start to finish!! They were always on time and were quick to respond when we had questions. They were amazing at working with a whole new system in a bit older house. They took the time needed to help fine tune everything to make sure it was working the way we wanted it to. Even after they were paid they answered our calls with questions we had. Harold is top notch and very knowledgeable! I would recommend them to all of our friends and family and feel lucky we picked them to work on and in our home!

Affordable is by far the best heating and air company in Utah. I used Harold for my air conditioner unit and also replaced a furnace at the same time. This company was truly half the price of its competition!! You would be smart to go with this incredible company!! The best!

From my first phone call to appointment and installation and problem fixing. I had great experience all the way! Honest people and wonderful company to deal with. Ryan and his dedicated installation team are the best. They helped us installed a new A/C unit with my last minute request. I called a day before installation to confirm the purchase. The installation team took no break during the installation process just to get the work done. They helped us removed our old swamp cooler and replaced with skylight. Two weeks after installation of the A/C unit, we had some problem with our furnace. I called them right away and they came to fix it. Price is reasonable. Most of all, I love the warranty that they have. They warranty their works and stuff for 10 years. Can't ask for more. Love it! It gives us peace of mind. Will definitely recommend them for friends and family. Thank you so much for taking care of our family and being honest out there. Highly appreciated.

I LOVE this company! They were the third company that I called for a quote when we found out the AC and furnace needed to be replaced. They were so kind, honest, and did a fantastic job. I’ve already told everyone I know who owns a home to call this company if they ever have issues! So amazed by them!

Big thanks again to Affordable for saving the day! Our AC went out last night (Sunday night on July 4th weekend). I called their after hours number and the owner answered and Was very nice, as always. He said they could get us taken care of the next day. I really applaud Eric, the technician, for wearing gloves and a mask the entire time even though he never had to come in the house. The repair was quick, inexpensive, and he took payment over the phone. Thanks, Eric, and thanks to affordable!

Affordable Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace, A/C, Humidifier, and Air purifier for us. They even installed the Nest thermostat we bought online. It was a wonderful experience. Ryan provided great options and advice in what our home needed. Everything Ryan said they would do his crew did. Chris, Eric, and Eric did a great job and completed all the work in one day with time to spare. They cleaned up after the job was complete. We are so impressed by their work. You can’t beat the 10 year warranty they offer on parts AND labor which he gives to you in a nice binder at the end. Ryan provided all the rebates for us to mail, which couldn’t have been simpler.
