This place went above and beyond to help me find some old parts that I kept hitting dead ends on over and over! They drove from Sandy to Orem to get me these parts and also put it together for me and charged me a fair price for things that are just not found anymore! Their installation guy was very cool and was very informative on things I did not know about my old furnace. He drove in a snow storm and got to my place pretty quickly and was very informative about safety with my old furnace. I love this place and would go back even though I am downtown and they are in Sandy.

I came home and my furnace was not working. I learned that it is usually caused by three different parts. I diagnosed that it was not the ignitor or the flame sensor but something to do with the pressure switch. I bought a pressure switch for $108. The problem was not the pressure switch so I cleared the end past the hose which was the problem. Aire-Flow gave me no receipt. They gave me no written or verbal warning the part was not returnable. Now I'm out $108 for a part I will never use. My advice is to use a company that gives you a receipt and states their policies in writing before you lose your money.

When another company told me, it would take 3 to 5 days to order in a circuit board, and that my family would be without heat over Christmas unless I wanted to buy a whole new furnace, I started calling around. I was desperate to find the circuitboard I needed. When I called Aire Flo, they immediately went to work tracking down the part while I was in a meeting. When I came out of the meeting I had a text from Jodi telling me they had found the part I needed. It was in stock locally and they were happy to sell me the part if I wanted to do the repair myself! I was more interested in having a professional do it. One of their technicians, Troy, came over that afternoon and installed it. He also found that my gas valve solenoid had failed. He replaced both parts plus labor for $224 less than the other guys quoted me for the circuit board alone!
Fixing the problem was my top priority and they made it theirs, as well. Refreshingly, they did NOT try to sell me a whole new furnace. I feel like I have a friend in the HVAC/ plumbing business now. Someone I can trust. Thanks Aire Flo!
Fast, fair, honest! Saved me a ton of money and gave me peace of mind and a warm and comfortable Christmas.
Aire Flo is now in my personal contacts for future reference.

Hey! they got furnace!!! I was able to pick up a ignitor from Aire-Flo and got our furnace fix in a couple hours.

I had a really great experience with this company. The office staff was friendly and professional, and our tech Brian was great to work with. I was not at home, but he took my call and followed instructions to enter the home and fix the problem. The scheduler under-promised with their schedule, they guaranteed to have a technician to fix my problem the next day, but pleasantly surprised us when they had an opening and a tech came later the same day we called. He did not charge me for any "fluff", and the prices were reasonable and competitive for the services he did perform.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My ac broke on Friday. I called on Saturday to see if someone could come out and take a look. Bryan came to my condo within 2 hours of the phone call. Unfortunately, he didn't have the parts to fix my ac and wasn't able to get them until Monday or Tuesday. Bryan got the part on Monday evening and came to my place first thing Tuesday and had it up and running.

I love the honesty dealing with this company. Bryan was very upfront with me and actually cared about my situation. Guy was more than fair with pricing and I am a very happy customer.

I have dealt with other companies over the years, and have always had them try to up-sell me to a new unit, with hard-sale tactics. That was not the case here. They came in, fixed my ac and never once mentioned a new unit. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you.

Furnace stopped working properly due to a faulty pressure switch. Though they didn’t have the replacement part in stock, they ended up calling 4-5 of their distributors in order to find the part for me. With temperatures in the teens, I was extremely grateful for their commitment to customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Our central air unit went out a few days ago. I went to Aire-Flo to buy a fan motor and the woman I spoke with said it sounded like it might be a bad capacitor. I brought the capacitor in and their test showed that it was weak. I bought a new one then installed it. It was exactly what the issue was. So grateful for the help. $35 compared to $250 or more is huge. I will definitely return if I ever have another issue with our central air system.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Aire-Flo. Brent tested my old parts, found me new ones, and explained how it all goes back together. He even suggested other things to check if the replacement parts didn't fix the issue. They were also the only ones with my parts in stock. Highly recommend.

I've also had Dan come over and quote new furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate his patience.
