Replaced my furnace and AC a year and a half ago and it hasn’t worked for more than 3 months at a time then when I call and ask them to come repair it I don’t get responses and they don’t come service it for weeks. It has been 4 weeks since I first reached out about my furnace under warranty and no one has come to fix it. Save your time and money and work with another company. Only good part is plumbing with Brent, he’s always responsive and super helpful.

I have had a very poor experience with All Purpose Heating and Air. I had a new AC unit installed at my home in 2019, they offered an extended 10 year warranty that included them providing air filters and coming to inspect my AC unit and furnace twice a year and draining my water heater at $500. They have not shown up once to the first appointment that i schedule and sometimes have missed the second. They have only provided a couple of air filters that they said they would. I was told i would get an email copy of the warranty agreement and i never received one. The technician today told me that he can't find my warranty agreement on file and he should be charging me for my inspection. I am concerned that they will not uphold their end of the bargain if their is an issue with my AC unit. Seems like their office is linked to two phone numbers and can never seem to get the correct company to talk about scheduling, At the time I had an issue with my AC unit that i really needed fixed quickly and this whole experience has left me feeling cheated.

We called all purpose heating and air to diagnose a problem with our air conditioning system. They were very prompt and got us right on the schedule. After the technician showed my husband and I what was wrong and repair options, we decided to replace the our system. Great quality work and professionalism from start to finish! We highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Very disappointed and unprofessional. They do not return calls or show up to appointments after they make the sale. I bought a brand new high efficiency furnace and I’m having issues. I’ve been trying to work with the owner Paul for months and he keep on ghosting me to fix the issue. It takes me a lot to write a bad review. I’m beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service. I used to refer everyone to this place, but cannot anymore.

This is the place to go for any work needed. Had a water heater replaced last year and Brent was amazing. Just had the AC replaced and Chris did a wonderful job as well. Randy also helped tie it all in and his knowledge is top notch. Thank you and will forever be using this great company!!!

I had Brent from All Purpose Heating and Air come out because I was having a ton of issues with my sprinklers in my side and front lawn. He assessed the issue quickly and gave me a reasonable price to replace my damaged sprinkler system and got it all installed beautifully might I add on the same day. I will be using this company again for all my plumbing and hvac needs. Five star experience i would recommend these professionals to anyone else need in need of service. Thank you All Purpose! 👍. After coming home from a tow week trip, our air conditioning was dead. A call to All Purpose was immediately responded to. They worked tirelessly in 100 degree heat to install a new system to ensure we were not without cool air. They are diligent, efficient and entirely trustworthy. I will recommend them to any and all - and will use them for all our future needs.

Great at the installation part (still consistently late) but after that neigh onto useless. YoU MuST call two different numbers (one Heating & Air, other Plumbing) to get your twice annual "service" visits (took nearly 1.5 years to discover that there are two different numbers to call). Plumbing (once I called the right number) showed up to their appointment on time.
FoRGgeT the Heating & Air side of the business! Consistently never shows to their appointments and you must call 1 to 2 more times before they finally will show. Wanna file a BBB complaint? They won't reply. Ask for one of the owner to call and talk to you....???? They wont bother with that either.
I feel that I got great service for the installation portion, but dO NoT depend on them (at Least Heating & Air) side to honor their ten year commitment to service your equipment. Dealing with them has been a major pain.... so I would not recommend depend on lasting customer appreciation of them after installation.

After our first appointment was a complete no-show (they left a message saying there was an emergency) we had to setup another appointment for three days later, only to have a complete no-show again, this time with no message or explanation. When we called to find out what could be done, they said someone in management would call us right back and (surprise!) we never got the call. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Now we are to the weekend and will have to pay an extra emergency fee to get someone out from a different company to fix our AC.

Wanted to charge $1800.00 to “acid wash” my 5 yr old a/c unit. Randy said I would ruin my system if I turned it on, and I couldn’t clean it myself. Had it checked by K Lund Mechanical HVAC, said everything looks great, I cleaned it myself with a hose and water.
