I had my AC unit replaced in July when it unexpectedly went out on us and they were awesome at helping us out and getting it done as soon as possible so we weren’t miserable in the heat. I've been a member of their service plan for over almost two years now and I think they are great. Recently I had Daniel, a field technician, come to 3 of my properties and each time he does a great service. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things. If you need service done, ask for Daniel. Angela from the office is very friendly and helpful as well. I think they are very fair in price, especially for the quality of work they do.

Wow! I cannot be more pleased with North Star Heating and Air Conditioning, nor with Daniel, the tech they sent.
We had an issue with our furnace not turning on or staying on to heat our house, so we found North Star Heating and Air Conditioning online. I called this morning, left a brief message and had a response with a tech sent the same day.
Angela was very professional over the phone and the tech the sent was respectful and very professional. Daniel Ortega is the tech's name and he had the problem resolved in the first 5 to 10 minutes he was here. He talked about through the issue and had it running properly within minutes.
I could not have been more happy that it was only a minor issue with a quick fix. Daniel stayed for a little while, to make sure the system continued to run. A very pleasant and professional person to chat with while we waited for the furnace to do it's thing.

North Star installed our downstairs furnace 3 years ago. I was so impressed by their 5 STAR SERVICE that I had them do our A/C replacements this summer. When the tech came out to do the free checkup on our system he checked our upstairs furnace too. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He just gave me solid advise and cautions about my future needs. Absolutely top notch service!

I had called to 3 different places before calling North Star, absolutely no one answered the phone besides North Star. I got an appointment scheduled for that same night in less then 10 minutes. Angela from the office and Daniel the service technician were both absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional and knowledgeable and kind. I got my furnace fixed the same night and the price of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend North Star for anyones hvac needs.

Daniel was great at thoroughly figuring out the issue and took the time time make sure I understood what was causing my system to shut down. Their prices are fair and the service was speedy. Definitely felt like I received trustworthy service without any pressure of paying for unnecessary repairs.

Waking up to a cold house on the weekend definitely wasn’t in our plans. North Star was my first call and they promised a tech in the next two hours.
