I traded in my 22 year old Carrier Furnace & A/C with a new more efficient Carrier Furnace and Heat Pump in order to reduce my gas bill, get all the rebates, not to mention a $2000 tax credit for my 2023 taxes. They did an excellent job for the installation, and although I was unable to get a walk-through when the work was completed — I figured out the new wifi thermostat just fine.

This company really has their act together. Brad went out of his way to ensure I'd get a new furnace and air conditioner that was right for my home along with all available rebates and incentives. Brandon and Braxtin did a marvelous job of installing everything. Their work was professional, thoughtful, meticulous and tidy. The new high efficiency system is a vast improvement and my home is much more comfortable now. All communication with this company was outstanding and all appointments were on time. Gillette has a refreshing customer first culture and I'm happy to do business with them.

Tristen and his partner did an awesome job. Had a new furnace, AC and water heater installed along with venting my basement with new air flow vents. They showed up early and answered all of my questions. They were very proffesional and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone... you won't be disappointed.

They installed an air conditioner unit in our home a few years ago. Yesterday, we noticed that it was not blowing out cold air. When I called about getting service, they advised us to look at our furnace filter because if it was dirty, the unit couldn't work properly. That was the problem. My husband had forgotten to change the filter. Their thoughtfulness saved us the expense of a service call.

I am so glad I used Gilette Heating and Air for our needs. I had gotten bids for getting a whole new AC/Furnace package put in and they beat my best bids with the brand I had wanted plus really improved my set-up. They made it easy for me to understand what I was getting and did a good job listening to my needs and responding to my questions. The sales guy, Brad, was great and very efficient, the set-up team (Kory and Tristian) were amazing: very thorough and took great care to do quality work, and the follow-up guys were very nice and made sure I understood my set-up and how to perform proper maintenance. They were always punctual, groomed professionally, and friendly. I'm also grateful for all the good reviews that helped persuade me to go with them.

They replaced our old air conditioner and heater and installed an air scrubber!
They were very kind, attentive, informative, professional and cleaned up after themselves (which is very rare). I would strongly recommend them for any air or heating need!
