Griffin was fabulous in taking care of my a/c unit tuneup today! Very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions without any high pressure sales techniques often associated with other companies. Highly recommend this company and technician.

They were incredible. They serviced my furnace and air conditioner thoroughly. They explained everything they found, and had a detailed receipt. They were able to get to it a day after I called.
I have used them for about 35 years when they were called Service Experts. They have been very fair and professional.

I have used Barlow's twice and I have worked with at least 5 of their employees. They replaced a hanging heater in my shop and also installed a mini-split unit in my home shop. They are very competent and honest. Nick C has been on both service calls he works fast and is very competent. All the technicians are people I would feel comfortable having in my home. Zack the trainee was also great. I would feel my wife would be very safe if she had to call for HVAC service from Barlow's while I was out of town.

This company is awesome! There is a reason they have a 4.9 on Google. For those of you giving them a one star rating, did you bother to check back with them? I can’t even imagine them not making it right with you. They went above and beyond for me and they didn’t even do my original install. Jacey was awesome to let me follow him around to see what he was doing and how things worked. Wish I had originally purchased my furnace and air conditioner from them. The place who did my original install couldn’t even get to me until this coming Friday! These guys not only made it out today, they were earlier than they said they would be which really helped! even “Same Day” couldn’t get out until Thursday… Why do they call themselves “same day?“

Nick and June did an excellent job on our AC tune-up. They were extremely friendly and informative, and answered all of our questions. They made sure that we understood what they were doing throughout the entire process and helped us know what to expect with our AC unit. We would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs AC help. They were the BEST!!
