Deserts Best HVAC

I was a Referral to this company from a guest in my salon. My furnace is in a 125 year old basement I thought it would be a nightmare. They made it seem so easy and was very detail oriented. It was quick and easy or so it seemed. They were very Easy to work with, didn’t seem to mind all my questions. I will definitely use them again!

Adrian and his team were able to help us multiple times within the same day of contacting them. They were very responsive and gave great advice to maintaining our system. They even went the extra mile cleaning our units to help with heating more efficiently in the winter. Thank you Desert’s Best and Adrian!

Adrian and Samuel were amazing, as always! They were able to come check out the problem quickly. They had the needed part overnighted so that we didn't have to freeze. When part arrived, they were able to do the work in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. So nice being able to count on them to take care of our issues promptly and have our house warm again. Highly recommend!!

I’m editing my review as our experience with this company has degraded. We’ve only been dealing with this HVAC company because it’s the one our home builder is contracted with. Today our home builder came attacking us claiming that one of the workers at Deserts Best reported that we had another HVAC company come to our home to do work. This accusation is false, as the company that came to our home today was there to test the airflow and was sent by Richmond Homes themselves. We even explained to Deserts Best.

Adrian and Samuel were very prompt and took time to educate me on my HVAC system. Very professional and quick. 100% recommend. Will call them again in the future when needed.

My wife and I bought a new home in November and with the temperatures warming up we turned on our air conditioning. To our surprise it didn’t work. Adrian and Samuel from Deserts Best HVAC came out and repaired our system in no time. They were punctual, thorough, and great at explaining what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. They did a great job fixing a problem that should have never existed originally.

I used Desert's Best HVAC for my home and I was very impressed with their communication and services. I had several questions and Adrian and Samuel were able to give me clear answers to all of my questions in a timely fashion. They set up my system quickly and efficiently without delays. I recommend using them in the future.

Adrián and Sam came within a few hours of calling. Our A/C wasn’t working even though it was brand new. It was installed over the winter so we didn’t have to use it for a while. They came and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. They were very kind and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend using them for any HVAC needs.

A big thank you to Adrian H and Samuel. Working with our house warranty company for a water leak coming through our microwave. This was the third time someone came out to “fix” the leak. Samuel and Adrian took the time to see where the leak was actually coming from and found the problem which was not the vent. They took videos and pictures to show us and to send to our builder. I appreciate them. They were very professional and easy to work with! Again THANK YOU Adrian and Samuel!

Adrian is great, our heater stopped working and he drove at night to be able to make sure we had heat in the winter cold! Adrian is very knowledgable about the system and was able to find the issue and fix it quickly, all while explaining every step of the way!! We will def continue to use this company!!
