Well I thought I left a comment but for all the reasons why 5 stars have been given is simply because of the culture of what this company stands for which is family, growth, and opportunity and the core values that are represented in the company. We have become a great team and continue to thrive. Thank you for the great support and opportunities.

I work for them, they have transformed me into an excellent plumber, they push education, and core values. I have seen how they handle pressure, good jobs, and hard jobs. They care about their customers and no matter what it takes will make sure they keep up their end of the bargain and delivery quality and excellence in a timely manner.

This is the most disrespect I've seen on a jobsite. If something is in the way just grab someone instead of being a disrespectful punk.

I've worked for UMC for the past year and a half. The company motor is "Excellance is our standard" is not just words, they want the very best out of every employee and will do what it takes to help every employee to get to that point. I've never worked for a more honest or employee oriented company in my career.

I enjoy working for UMC. I’ve been with them for 5 years. They truly care for their employees. The company is growing and getting more and more jobs. I look forward to the future with UMC.

In my 20 years in the trades UMC is the only company where I haven't felt as though I am just a number. I take great pride working for a company that takes great pride in all of its employees.

Worked years for them found out they were hiring people for $3 more than paying me And when I couldn't make it to another job they said I quit and said that was the reason why making it impossible to get unemployment I have two babies and two foster children they knew much better we had many personal conversations thought we were friends wanted to retire there be careful if you're not family you mean nothing to them

I'm a employee here at UMC, this has been one of the best companies I have ever worked for. they treat every employee the same which is with respect and not talked down to.
