Very responsive. Was able to come out within a couple of days after contacting for an appointment. He was friendly and polite. The job was done quickly but thoroughly and he explained what he was doing any why. He told us that with a heating system as new as ours, we didn't need to get it checked out every year. Also, he told us to wait to test the A/C out until the spring. Both of these actions show his honesty.

Mike figured out quickly that my AC compressor was only getting 110 Volts when it should have been 220. He recommended someone to look at it, and didn't even charge me for diagnosis after he'd already worked a 14 hour day in 103 degree heat! Awesome!
