Cardinal is my favorite HVAC and water heater company to use. They have online booking and texting enabled which I love because it makes coordinating and confirming anything SO much easier - I don’t have to try and figure out if an unknown number calling is spam or a booked appointment question

Technicians are fantastic - so timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus Cardinal always sends you a picture of your technician so you know exactly who to expect - I’ve never seen anyone do that. I’ve had Aaron and Michael - both have been fantastic.

My water heater broke and they came out immediately and replaced the entire thing. PLUS they offer a membership with lifetime warranty AND yearly checkups on all hvac and water plumber things.

Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air kept me informed on the arrival time, and Chris was courteous and prompt with the plumbing service. He also made sure that the services are what I needed and reasonable. This is a very professional company. The owner also reached out to make sure the job is well done. The price is reasonable. Definitely A+ for this company!

I was impressed with the professionalism of Cardinal Plumbing. I had an issue with my sink and was able to quickly get an appointment the next day. They sent a picture of the technician and reached out when he was on his way with the ability to track his route which was a nice touch. Shawn, my technician, was extremely courteous and professional. He walked me through the issues as he fixed them and offered me advice and practical plumbing as well as heating and air solutions for my home. I would definitely recommend.

All my experiences with Cardinal plumbing and HVAC are professional. The company and its technicians are responsive and courteous. Kevin was knowledgeable about the unit, and forthcoming with his report. Very trustworthy.

I debated about replacing my disposal on my own, but after doing some research, the configuration and limited room, I decided to call Cardinal. I am very impressed with the response and the updates to keep me informed during the process. My technician, Anthony was phenomenal! I enjoy learning and asking questions for different repairs done in my house and he was very comfortable with me observing and asking about preventive maintenance and challenges of hard water on the systems.

Such a great experience with Cardinal Plumbing from start to finish. When my water heater died unexpectedly, they were able to move their schedules around to get a plumber to come out on Saturday. Andrew was fantastic, very thorough (caught things another plumbing company did not!), and got me a quote and replacement appointment right away. Andrew also followed up when I inquired about other options.

When I had challenges with my HOA getting a water turn off scheduled, Cardinal was very graceful about rescheduling for me. Brian, Matthew(?), and a third gentleman came out to install my new water heater. They were fantastic—very friendly and efficient, and they kept me informed throughout the day. I really appreciated how they took a lot of time to adjust the water temperature and make sure the pressure was right once the new heater was installed.

All in all, A+ service from start to finish. They were definitely pricey in this case, but the service was very good. I’m going to go with them for all future plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing emergency at my place and called Cardinal to help me out. A technician came over and said that there was no shut off valve for the burst pipe and we needed one installed. After the work was done and we paid the technician, we found out there was an existing shut off valve just a foot away from where he worked. We were pretty upset, but when we called Cardinal to complain, they were really cool about it.

They sent out another technician to fix the issue for free. The new guy removed the old valve and put in a new one in the right spot. It was a relief to see how seriously Cardinal took customer service, even after a mistake. I definitely recommend Cardinal for any plumbing issues you might have. They really do care about making sure you're happy with their work.

Hopefully, next time it will be a five star service from the beginning.

My experience with Cecil was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem but he was very kind, professional, and thorough. He also took extra time to explain everything and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

We recently used Cardinal to service a water softener system that on occasion recently has left our water salty. The technician, Andrew, was courteous and professional and took care of the issue. Making an appointment online was quick and easy with plenty of appointment times to choose from. Andrew showed up on time with good advance communication from the company via text. We would use Cardinal again in the future.
