I called my home warranty insurance for HVAC maintenance and Crown heating and AC came. My HVAC was 37 years old and they got me a new one through my home warranty insurance. They installed the furnace and AC unit in half a day and did a great professional job! The owner is a very friendly person and was great to chat with. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heat or ac repairs.

Crown Heating first came to inspect our HVAC through the home warranty. They quickly identified the issue and submitted the necessary documents for the claim which was approved shortly. However, the warranty company messed up the entire claim and we and Anwar patiently and diligently worked together to get the correct parts. During the process Anwar was very patient, communicative, and provided timely updates. Finally when the parts arrived, he and Said promptly installed the air handler which now works great. I do want to highlight their professionalism, level of expertise, and how clean of a job they did. I would trust them fully with all my future HVAC related repairs. Thanks again guys for a fantastic job.

Our heat went out on a Friday night resulting our family having to relocate with two babies. I contacted Crown Heating the next morning (on Saturday) and they had us back up and running on Sunday AM. Very appreciative of the quick fix!

I feel blessed!!! I am just sorry I didn't put this review in two years ago during Covid. Anwar and Said were my angels 2 years ago when our AC was dying. I have a home warranty policy and my unit was needing replacement. During covid it was scary times to get a new unit (scary stories of waiting for months for a new unit to come in). Anwar helped me through the whole process and it did not take that long and he gave me GREAT ADVICE about going through the home warranty company and not buying some crazy priced unit from a outside company where they were trying to talk me into a $12,000 unit with changing everything in my house. I am so grateful to him and his partner Said! I just saw Anwar today for our fall maintance check up! Hugged him hello and good-bye! He is an upstanding human being and I trust him completely! He is great communicating over the phone or through texts! I highly recommend this company! God Bless you Anwar and Said! You are super heroes in my book!

I’ve used Crown several times in a couple of different houses with very different systems. They are always responsive, give an accurate service window that doesn’t have me waiting around for no good reason. The work is professional and I’ve actually learned a lot from them about my house and the hvac system. Highly highly recommended.
