My AC system is more than 20 years old and obviously due for replacement ASAP. But instead of pushing for that easy (read: expensive) route, Randehl was able to to give my cooling system an extended lease of “life.” Not to mention he responded to a very short notice and went out of his way to take my urgent request given the blazing summer heat.

I employed the install services of The Restorer HVAC on a recommendation from my brother. My hot water heater went on the fritz, pilot light kept going out, and I was having problems with my furnace. I was considering a Lennox system from Costco, and a low buck Goodman brand online. The Restorer HVAC had the best features and most competitive price I could find. Randy’s install team led by Christian are the best quality too. They found and fixed problems with the HVAC ducting, and hot water heater piping, repairing problems at no additional cost. As well, we received a Trane dual stage furnace and air conditioner, UV light air purifier, multi-layer filter, Rheem hot water heater at an excellent price and a quality installation which makes all the difference. I can now talk in a low voice, without the AC system roaring in the background. I can’t emphasize enough the quality of work and efficiency, as they installed everything the same day. I further appreciate Randy’s customer service attention. Highly recommended.

Randehl performed maintenance visits for the furnaces of our two HVAC systems on Oct. 22, 2018 and April 22, 2019. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, reviewed thoroughly the gas furnace and the AC unit, respectively, and offered honest professional advice what may be necessary to do in the future (without a sales pitch).
