Absolutely horrendous company...they did not install anything correctly...never sealed the duct work they did ...lied about our main compressor on our unit...shoddy work holes in duct under house and never want to be accountable for anything and I hope someone reads this so they don't get scammed by these crooks as we did....I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't hire these guys

I’m exhausted about this. We had our Mitsubishi Split System installed about 2 years. Not by this company, but one that I trust. Since then, Green Air has been here 4 times, sometimes on time, sometimes not. Sometimes calling ahead to let me know when they’d arrive, sometimes not. But every time, they’ve run diagnostics, looked for leaks, filled up the system, explained the problem differently each time, charge me hundreds of dollars, then leave only to still have no heat or cooling. We’ve had to move in with our parents house multiple times just to bare the summer heat or winter cold. This last time was no different. They told me the last guy got fired, the system we have is prone to failure anyway, and still charged me $350 without actually fixing anything, saying they’d just have to reschedule. I asked if there was anyway we could receive some kind of discount, since it’s not like we caused the issue. The answer I got was “talk to management, but they’ll say no.” I’ll probably get some response from them now since I’m writing this review, but if you’re a potential customer just consider my experience. I’m going somewhere else.

We had a maintenance agreement with another company when they came out they literally spent 15 min doing a PM service and then tried to sell me a new system. They didn't even flush the outside of the unit. I called Green Air and they spent over 1 hour cleaning and servicing our system the way it should have been done to begin with. The Techs were great and explained everything - no reason to replace my system at this time it is working so much better now that they serviced it. I highly recommend them!

I've been using Green Air for the past 2 years, their crews show up on time, they are polite and professional and even more so, their work quality and craftsmanship is far superior based on experience. We leverage Green Air for bi-annual maintenance (2 stories) and for emergency repair work to address plumbing issues that affected our upstairs A/C resulting in overflow, for which their prices are reasonable and again...CRAFTSMANSHIP...was superb. Lastly, their customer support is amazing, charming and just downright pleasant!

Green Air was so wonderful in taking care of our AC issue in the middle of the summer heat. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Matt. He was very patient with my husband's questions and provided the best options for repair or replacement and scheduling. My elderly mother was visiting when Green Air arrived (on time!) as scheduled and said that in all her years she has never had an experience with a contractor/service tech that was as professional and polite as Matt. Thank you Green Air for being the best!

Do not hire this company at all. You will regret it like i did $879 later. I watched them how they worked in every room of the house. The technique on how they clean the air duct is not effective at all. I don’t think the little hose with not to much pressure of the air will push all the dirt and dust from all upstairs bed room all the way down to the basement. I keep asking the guy that was working upstair in the bedroom if he sure that it will pushed all the dust because they did not even open the vent they just inserted a tiny short little tube inside the vent in the beginning of the vent and little air pressure coming out of that tube . After they left my heater stop working. It just blowing cold air not heat i noticed that it was so cold in my house this was at 5 am so so i called the office as soon 8:30 comes, nobody seems to find our our name on their record. We never service you. After 3 calls they finally found our record , explained to them the heater stop working right after the service was done in my house. He told me that it was working when they left my house , i told him it was blowing cold air yes, but not heat so he told me he is out of town and will have his supervisor call us back. Waited all day but they never call us back so i called someone to come over to repair our heater because we have two babies in the house and tis freezing. I will not recomnend this company at all.

Very easy to schedule an appointment, even in the middle of a summer where the temps have been 95-100 regularly. Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Received a followup call the next day to confirm everything was as it should be. Very reasonable pricing, will definitely use Green Air again!

Been using Green Air for ever 12 years and have never been disappointed. The AC went out over 4th of July weekend, called first thing Tuesday morning and they had a tech out same day by 2pm. Jonathan called first and gave me a 45 min ETA. Found the problem immediately, bad main board. Jonathan made some calls, found the part, drove an hour to get the part and came back to install it. Jonathan had me up and running for far less money then I was expecting. Thanks Green Air!!

We have been loyal Green Air customers for almost 10 years and I can't sing their praises enough. I recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors. We initially called them when we first bought our house to service the existing HVAC unit. Since then, they have installed a new unit, updated the duct work in our house, and dealt with a number of service issues we have had. They have been professional, prompt, courteous, attentive, and trustworthy in all of our interactions, from scheduling appointments with Felicia, making payment arrangements with Jessica, and servicing our system (in fact, the service guys have often arrived early - which is a rarity in this business!). Not only do they provide great service and do extraordinary work, they are also environmentally friendly and take an interest in the community helping those less fortunate. This is an all around great company and I highly recommend them.
