Staff/techs were professional and responsive. We had our system replaced (both AC Condenser and heating system) and Brian and his team did an awesome job for an affordable and reasonable price.

Every time I've used Chesapeake Heating & Air I've had a great experience (from scheduling with Mary to the technicians performing whatever service I need). Every technician that has come to my home has been very pleasant, funny and friendly. Even the owner Brian is hilarious. Dillon was my technician today and we joked about how long it took him to get to my house. Thank you Chesapeake Heating and Air for providing quality service at a affordable price.

Chesapeake H&C has been my HVAC repair go to for about 5 years. The work is done right the first time. More times than not I've had same day service (a window of time to expect service) and always receive a detailed explanation of the problem and cost before they proceed. My clients have all said the technicians are the epitome of professionalism. I praise Jesus Christ for connecting me with this company.

I found them when they were After Hours, and I needed to get one of our AC/Heating units replaced. Not only did they have the best price, they have been doing our service, and they are reliable, polite, and take time to answer questions.

We also had them install additional ducts and registers - before even considering the work, they checked to ensure our units could handle the extra volume.

We just moved to the area the day before to find out a/c unit was not working properly. Called Chesapeake Heating and Air and they were able to get someone out immediately. Dillon was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. This company has definitely earned a long-term customer in us!

When we needed to replace our unit, we did our diligence and got 5 estimates… not only were we very happy with the estimate we were more happy with the quality of their work… how they explained everything they did… as well as all our follow-up services! One time we had an issue—Brian was right on top of it! But even better—it was a mistake WE made & he just showed us what we did! We keep up a biannual contract to keep our unit working it’s best—HIGHLY recommend them!!

I can’t say enough about Brian customer service. He provide detail step by step of the work that would be done. He was so personable and detail about the proposed work that would be done in upgrading my HVAC system if I decided to go with his company. There was no pressure as we know salesman can be. I can see the reason for his A+ rating on the BBB. I’m sure we will be doing business soon

Did a great job servicing my ac. Cleaned outside unit and cleared a previously unknown clogged drain from attic. They always do a great job. Daniel did the job well and explained each step in his service. I have been doing business with this company for more than 5 yrs.

Where do I start ....
With my old unit, 5 different company could not tell me what the problem was but loved to just recharge the unit and charge me and been pushing about getting another unit . Then one day (back then was called AFTER HOUR) I decided to waste more money on my old unit and made an appointment with after hour.
I was so ready to get the same response and treatment like all the other previous 5 companies.. I was soooooo WRONG!!!!! Brian explained to me the problem and even saved me money by using a cheaper type of freon (when he could have just ripped me off like all others have). He told me I should get a new unit but for the time been I could just keep on call them to get it recharged with the cheaper freon till I was ready for a new unit if I wanted to... He didn't try to push me into getting a new unit it felt like a friend giving advice. His actions by saving me money on the freon made me ask how much it would cost a new unit and he told me the price no hiding cost no extra charge he gave me the exact price. He gained my trust by just been genuine. Few month later I called and set an appointment for a new unit ( mind you my time is very very limited and he worked around my time ) ...
Fast forward about 5 YEARS... THEY STILL WORK WITH ME ABOUT MY TIME IT DON'T MATTER WHO HE SENDS TO MY HOME FOR SERVICE THEY ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY FRIENDLY TO THE POINT I TELL THEM TO MAKE THEMSELVES AT HOME ...
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICE OR A NEW UNIT BY A COMPANY THAT DON'T TREAT YOU LIKE THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY AND FAKE PROMISES, YOU BEST CALL THEM !!!! I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND MANY MORE TO COME ....
