Ingram's Heating & Cooling

This is not a review on service, but with the way their employees act on the highway, there is NO WAY I would call for their services. I was driving on the interstate and one of their employees was driving in the shoulder lane which plainly was closed. I turn my signal on to get off the next exit and the driver continued to drive right next to me until it was almost too late to exit. I blew my horn and he braked really fast in front of me right as we were exiting the interstate. As we got to the stop light the driver proceeds to exit his vehicle and walk toward my car showing his middle finger and yelling absurd statements to me. I called the company and left a message with the van's license plate number in hopes that something will be done about this. I hope that anyone reading this will take this review into consideration before spending your hard earned money on such a business that would hire such pathetic employees.

Our outdoor unit was struck by lightning in August of 2013. We called Ingram Heating and Cooling and they were there the same day. While this trouble call was placed after hours, thier team of professionals understood our delI'm a and promptly installed a temporary winow unit until they could return the next day to make the repairs. The units has been up and operational ever since.

My husband has been a customer for 20 yrs.Great business.It started out with the father,now his son has the business.

Charged $400 for work that wasn't done.
